DL 23: Unleash

Zion POV

I feel Nelson's hand choking me. I can't move because of the magic that he is using. I can't get my moon necklace from his pocket.

I'm powerless against him without my amulet...

"Do you know what we will do to you?" He asked seriously.

They are all laughing at us...

"Zion, the angelic saint. You're using a heavenly magic; a holy magic. A magic that is completely opposite from us! I'm so glad to see you falling to the ground."

I look around and I saw everyone in Kreterra. They are crying. They look hopeless; powerless.

I know that our guild leader is dealing with Ruvekha's queen so I'm not sure if she can help us.

"I can't believe that we can see all of them like this! They all look powerless!" June said while laughing.

"Tick-tock... They will never beat us! We are all stronger than them!" Aki said cheerfully.

I closed my eyes and I'm about to cry. It's so hard for me to become like this. I never imagined myself to be in this kind of situation.

"Anong problema, Zion? Bakit parang naiiyak ka na?" Natatawang tanong ni Ivy.

They all laughed at me. I know that I'm useless now...

"Baka naman natatakot siyang mamatay," natatawang sabi ni Helga.

Lalo silang nagtawanan. I pity myself. I'm begging anyone to save us. If we're gonna die today, what will happen to humanity?

I know that they will kill all humans. No one is capable of stopping them without us.

"Look at us! We're too powerful and we will rule the world!" Vince said.

"Every human will die!"

"Shut up! I know that someone will stop all of you even all of us will die!" Wanda shouted.

"Oh look who's talking? You're a mighty witch, Wanda. You're also using a form of black magic like us! We will accept you in our guild and besides, you are our queen's daughter."

Wanda look powerless but she is forcing herself to talk...

"I will never become evil like all of you! I'm using a form of black magic but I'm not a villain! Hindi ko kayang sikmurain ang kasamaan niyo!" Malakas niyang sigaw.

Helga fired a ball of blue fire on her. I heard Wanda's scream. She lost her consciousness. Umuusok pa ang katawan niya dahil sa ginawa ni Helga.

"Kahit pa anak si Wanda ng reyna namin, hindi kami magdadalawang-isp na saktan siya at patayin," sabi ni Helga.

"Napakasama niyo talaga! Mabuti na lang at mabuting tao si Wanda! Kahit patayin niyo pa kaming lahat, hindi magbabago ang nakatadhana. Kahit kailan, hindi ko nakita sa mga mata ko na kayo ang maghahari sa mundo," mariing sabi ni Sandra.

They look at Sandra furiously. June started walking towards her...

"Oh really? Then who will stop us? Nakita mo na rin ba sa mga mata mo ang kamatayan niyo?"

She laugh so hard because Sandra can't answer her...

"I think you can't see the future now because you're powerless and besides, hindi ka na aabot bukas."

June slapped Sandra's face...

"Hhahahah... Ikaw pala ang nagugustuhan ngayon ni Zion? I can't believe that he will like a weird girl like you! Don't worry, you will die today with him."

June released massive sonic waves on Sandra. It's so hard for me even moving a finger. I can't do anything.

I'm just looking at Sandra. She is falling into the ground and she looks lifeless...

My tears started falling. I don't know if she is still breathing. I'm useless! I can't save her!

I don't care if I'm gonna die today...

"Oh Zion, look at you? How does it feel looking at her like that?"

"If you're gonna kill all of us, do it now!" I shouted.

They all laughed because of what I've said...

"It's not that easy," Nelson said.

"Yeah... We wanted to see all of you crying. We want to see that all of you suffering from extreme pain like this!" Nelson shouted.

He raised his hand in the air and he released a large dark magic circle.

After a second, all of us scream because of extreme pain. I feel my tears falling from my eyes. Even the blow of the wind is verypainful for all of us.

"Scream everyone! We wanted all of you to scream harder! Hahahah!"

They are no longer humans! They are demons! Hindi na sila naawa sa aming lahat. Pare-pareho lang naman kaming sorcerers.

I just want to serve our guild. I just want to protect humans. I don't know if I can still do it.

I failed... I know that I'm already dying... I don't know what to do. All I can feel is an extreme pain because of Nelson's magic.

It looks like no one will help us now...

"Ok, we will start killing all sorcerers in Kreterra one by one..."

They are all laughing like a demon...

I know that we can't do anything to save ourselves from death...

"I'm gonna start with you, Zion."

Nelson raised his hand and he released a dark magic circle...

I closed my eyes...

Is it my death? Is it over now?

"Stop!"

I opened my eyes because of the voice that I've heard. It sounds familiar...

Nelson stopped himself from casting a spell and he is looking at the sky.

I looked at the sky and I was so shocked because of what I saw.

There is a white dove that landed on the ground and it turned into Vile!

"Nelson please... I'm begging all of you to stop this. Let them go," Vile said sincerely.

They all laughed at him. He looks innocent and timid...

"Vile, bakit ka pa pumunta dito?" Tanong ko.

He look at me and it seems that he is in shock and nervous...

"W-What happened to you, Zion? Are you ok? Don't worry, I know that everything will be fine," he said.

Lalo silang nagtawanan dahil sa sinabi ni Vile...

He looks so innocent. Hindi niya alam ang mga sinasabi niya...

"Nelson, we're good friends before. Please, I'm begging you to stop this. We just wanted to live peacefully."

Nelson looked at him furiously...

He fired a dark blast on Vile. I heard his scream and I closed my eyes. Nasasaktan ako nang makita 'kong sinaktan nila si Vile na wala man lang kalaban-laban.

"We're not friends anymore, you bastard!"

I heard Vile... He is crying...

I forced myself to open my eyes. He looks so weak but he is still trying to stand. Punit-punit na ang suot niyang damit.

"Vile, bakit ka pa kasi pumunta dito?"

Nagsisimula nang pumatak ang mga luha ko...

"I-I wanted to save you. I promised that I will be with you in every battle," he said while crying.

His purity is breaking my heart. This guy is too kind...

It's the end for all of us. I can feel it. Maybe I should say the truth to him.

My warm tears are falling...

"I let you go not because I don't want you to stay. I let you go because I want to ensure your safety. I don't want you to die, Vile..."

Napatitig siya dahil sa sinabi ko. Mukhang gulat na gulat siya...

Napatakip siya sa bibig niya. He is crying harder. Siguro iba ang inisip niya sa ginawa ko...

"Vile, please escape. I know that you can still escape. I want you to live..."

He shook his head slowly...

"I welded a moon necklace for you. It's useless for me to escape. If you die, I'm gonna die too..."

Tumulo na lang ang mga luha ko. Oo nga pala, mamamatay din siya kapag namatay ako.

"I-I'm sorry Vile, I failed you..."

Napaiyak na ako dahil sa kanya...

I failed him...

Sinayang ko ang buhay niya dahil natalo ako. Pareho na kaming mamamatay...

"Oh? Tapos na kayong magdrama?" Ivy asked.

"Nakakadiri... So gay! Iwwww!" June said disgracefully.

"Ano nga ba ang magagawa ng isang mahina at lampang healer? Kaya mo bang ipagtanggol ang mga kaibigan mo?" Vince asked.

"Meron, kaya niyang magmakaawa!" Nelson said.

They are all laughing so hard...

Vile look at his feet. I know that he can also feel what I feel. He can't do anything for us...

"Look at this guy, Vile. You love this guy, right?"

Nelson fired a black energy on me so I scream so hard...

"Nelson! Please stop it! Please stop!"

Nelson is just laughing as he continues to fire multiple dark blasts on me...

"I'm begging you! Tama na Nelson! Parang-awa mo na, ako na lang ang saktan mo! Nagmamakaawa ako, pakawalan mo na si Zion!" Umiiyak na sigaw ni Vile.

I can hear that Vile is crying so hard. All I can do is to scream because of the immense pain that I feel.

Vile covered his eyes...

"Ok, I won't make it longer..." Nelson said.

Vile look at me while crying...

I forced myself to look at him. I forced myself to talk...

"I-Im sorry Vile," I said.

"Die Zion!"

Nelson raised his hand in the air. He released a dark magic circle...

I closed my eyes...

It is so hard for me to accept that Vile will also die together with me. I can't do anything.

I wasted his life because I failed...

After a few seconds, nothing happened...

I opened my eyes. Nelson stopped from casting his spell. He is just looking at the sky. I look above and I can see that the clouds are turning into black.

There is a terrifying and massive dark energy that all of us can feel.

Everything was covered with darkness...

The sun was covered with black clouds...

"W-What is happening?" Ivy asked nervously.

I can hear a heartbeat. It's so loud and terrifying...

I can feel too much dark energy; too much black magic...

"W-What's this? So much power..." Nelson asked nervously.

He is just looking at Vile. I tried to move and I also look at him...

Vile is just looking at his feet. Kinilabutan ako nang makita ko siya. His silence smells like death. I can hear his loud and terrifying heartbeat.

He started crying but his voice is too deep and scary...

"W-What's happening to him? Nakakatakot siya!" Sabi ni Helga.

I know that everyone are shivering in fear because of him. Kahit ang mga sorcerers sa Ruvekha na gumagamit ng itim na mahika ay nanginginig din sa takot. Hindi ko alam kung anong nangyayari kay Vile.

Everyone are just looking at him...

He's so scary...

His body is releasing a black aura...

After a second, Vile scream so loud and a massive black magic circle appeared above him. His scream is too scary; he sounds like a demon.

Everything around him turned into ashes because of his dark aura. He released a dark blast from his body and everyone felt his power.

Tumilapon palayo ang lahat ng mga sorcerers na nakapaligid sa kanya dahil sa lakas ng kapangyarihan niya.

Hindi ako makapaniwala sa nakikita ko. Hindi ko maintindihan ang nangyayari sa kanya.

His eyes are turning into full black...

His body is revealing his new appearance. In such state, his eyes, eyelashes, ears, and hair all changed drastically, and dark, thin markings appear all over his body.

His teeth turned into fangs like a vampire...

His nails turned into dark claws protected with gauntlets...

His clothes turned into dark leather with metallic spikes and black feathers...

He's no longer Vile. He was completely transformed into an evil dark sorcerer. If I'm not mistaken, he is completely a demon.

"We should kill him!" June shouted nervously.

"June's right! He's a dark sorcerer and I can feel that his massive power is like a deity!" Vince shouted will full of fear.

Ivy released a poisonous smoke around him.

"My poison will kill you!" Ivy shouted.

Suddenly... It looks like her poison was not affecting Vile. He is sucking up the poison.

H-He is eating the poisonous smoke!

"Poisoning a demon? How stupid?"

Vile's voice is too deep. It's too scary. They are all scared because of him.

After a second, he fired a massive dark blast on Ruvekha's sorcerers and all of them scream so loud...

Nelson, Vince and Aki flew quickly above and they are trying to escape. They are shivering in fear.

Vile ripped his back and a large pair of dark demonic feathered wings appeared. He fly too fast and he choke Aki's neck.

He threw Aki into Vince and both of them fell back into the ground because of Vile's immense power.

He gave Nelson a frightful glare...

"Die!" He shouted frightfully.

Vile raised his hand in the air. A large black magic circle appeared...

"Gothic blast!"

A dark massive blast was fired on Nelson and he scream so loud because of pain...

Nelson fell on the ground. Aki forced himself to fly again in the air to face Vile.

"Tick-tock! I will beat you! Time magic! Paradox! Hour blast!"

He fired a huge blast of magic energy into Vile...

"Dark deflect!"

His attack turned back into him and he fell into the ground.

"We should escape!" Nelson shouted.

Nanghihina na silang lahat at 'yung iba sa kanila ay nawalan nang malay dahil sa ginawa ni Vile.

They fly away because they are trying to escape...

"I will kill all of you! Die! Die!!!" Vile shouted in a demonic voice.

He was fully consumed by his rage...

He's too fierce; too scary...

He is creating an electrifying dark ball of magic energy from his hands...

"Demonic Blast!"

He fired a dark massive blast on his enemies and everything was covered with darkness because of his spell...

His power blows them away and sending them back to the ground...

Vile completely looks merciless...

I don't know him anymore. I don't know that he is capable of this. He's not the Vile that I know. He is completely a different person; a demon I guess.

He gave Nelson a frightful glare. Nelson looks so weak and unconscious. He is lying on the ground...

After a second, Vile moved quickly on the top of Nelson's body.

The sorcerer who is using a great dark magic seems to be powerless against Vile.

"Die Nelson! Die!"

Vile's fists were covered with electrifying dark energy. He started to deliver his final blow to kill Nelson...

Suddenly, he stops his fist from connecting with Nelson's face...

Vile is catching his breath and it looks like he is controlling himself. Nelson looked at him anxiously...

Vile turned back into his original form. He turned back into an innocent healer...

"W-Why? Kill me now! You wanted to kill all of us right? Kill me now!" Nelson shouted.

Vile shook his head slowly...

"Maybe, I'm using a demonic magic but I don't act like a true demon. We're friends before. I know why you turned into like that."

His voice turned back to normal. He turned back into sweet and innocent person...

He is holding Nelson's hand...

"I know that all of you are just blinded by rage. We should learn to forgive and let go of burdens from our hearts..."

Nelson started crying...

"W-Why are you so kind like that?" He asked while crying.

"Kindness is a choice. Everyone deserves to live. Everyone is capable of being kind. We should start on ourselves and everyone will follow..."

Vile started smiling sweetly...

Dark sorcerers from Ruvekha are crying. I think that they are moved by his words of wisdom...

Vile started walking towards me. He crouched...

"How are you Zion? Are you still fine?" He asked with his worried eyes.

I can't believe that he is a dark sorcerer. I can't believe that he possess that kind of demonic magic.

I don't know what to say. I'm just shocked because of what I saw...

"I'm gonna heal your wounds..."

He closed his eyes and he started healing my wounds. My body was covered in a golden light because of his magic.

After a second, I can feel that my wounds vanished and my strength turned back to normal...

He stood up and he is lending his hand on me. I held his hand and I managed to stand up.

"I'm so glad that I saved you, Zion..."

He is smiling at me sincerely...

"V-Vile..."

We look at Nelson and he is getting something from his pocket. It looks like he is giving back the moon necklace.

Vile smiled at him and he get the moon necklace from Nelson.

"Zion... Please take care of this amulet but don't worry, if something happened, I will use again my power to save you..."

Sinuot niya ulit sa akin ang kwintas. Nakatulala pa rin ako dahil nakakaramdam ako ng takot. Nakakatakot ang kapangyarihan niya.

Some sorcerers from Ruvekha are heading back into their guild. Nagsimula naman na tumayo ang mga sorcerers sa Kreterra.

"Vile! You're too amazing and scary as well!" Rex said.

Vile is just smiling...

"Hmmm... Zion, I feel exhausted. We should go back to the guild hall. We should help our friends. I will heal their wounds," he said sincerely.

We started walking and I'm just looking at him. He looks so tired and sleepy...

"Are you ok?" I asked.

He nodded...

After a second. He fell into the ground...

"V-Vile!"

He is unconscious. I started lifting him...

I think he is so exhausted because of the terrifying power that he released. Siguro masyadong nabigla ang katawan niya.

I'm just looking at his face while carrying him. He looks so innocent but he's quite dangerous...

He unleashed his power because of me? He will really do anything for me.

I didn't expect that he is capable of supressing a demonic magic. A magic that is completely opposite from mine.

It looks like he has a power like a deity. Is he the demigod from Sandra's prophecy?
