DL 19: Time Sorcerer

I woke up early this morning because I can hear voices who are having a conversation outside my room.

"Tell me what happened last night."

"Hmmm... I really enjoyed it because of Zion."

Based on what I am hearing, Vile and Sandra are having a conversation.

"You're so lucky Sandra. I know that Zion will love you for the rest of his life," Vile said.

"Hey, please don't say such things like that. I know that it is breaking you," she said.

"Hmmm... Yeah, maybe a little but I am really happy for both of you. Never akong umasa na mamahalin din ako ni Zion. I'm happy that I am a friend of him," Vile said sincerely.

I started walking out of my room and both of them are looking at me...

"Hey Zion... Good morning," Sandra said.

"Good morning!" Vile said cheerfully.

I smiled at them...

They are both smiling at me. After a second, I sense something. What is it?

I'm just looking at them. I feel strange... They have the same smile.

Tumayo ang mga balahibo ko. Sandra and Vile has similar features. They look the same. Vile looks like a male version of Sandra.

"Hmmm... Zion, why are you looking at us like that?" Sandra asked curiously.

Natauhan na lang ako dahil kay Sandra...

"Don't get me wrong but you two have  similar features."

"Huh? What do you mean, Zion?" Vile asked innocently.

"You're look alike. It looks like you two are blood related," I said.

"Huh? What? You mean, like siblings?" Sandra asked.

I nodded...

They laughed because of what I've said. Kumunot tuloy ang noo ko.

"Of course we are! I'm treating Vile as my real brother," Sandra said while laughing.

"Hey! That's not what I'm trying to say! Look at each other. Parehas kayong mabait. Parehas kayo ng mga mata tapos parehas pa kayo na maamo ang mukha," inis 'kong sabi.

They look at each other. They are both curious...

"Yeah, we have the same facial features," Sandra said.

"Our skin tone is also the same," Vile said.

After a second, Sandra laughed...

"It is impossible that Vile and I are blood related. My father died during a war a long time ago and I am the only child of our guild leader," Sandra said.

"Yeah... If we are blood related, I should be so powerful like Sandra and her cousin, Wanda. Lahi sila ng makapangyarihang sorcerers. Their bloodline is too strong and I'm weak so it is impossible that we are blood related," Vile said nicely.

"Hey brother! Don't say that you're weak. You're the best healer of our guild. You're the kindest person that we know and your traits are making you special. You don't have to be so strong like us. You're good enough," Sandra said.

"Thank you Sandra!" Vile said while smiling.

Ok... Sandra and Vile has their point. I should stop thinking that they are brood related or what.

"Bakit ka nga pala bumisita dito ng ganito kaaga?" I asked Sandra.

"I just want to discuss something," she said and she winked.

"Zion, I cooked breakfast for us. Let's eat!" Vile said while smiling.

Pumunta na lang kaming tatlo sa dining area at naghahanda ng breakfast si Vile.

"Zion, I saw everything last night using my magic. You kissed Vile on his cheek," Sandra said.

I looked at her and she is smiling. I don't get her. I know that she likes me so she should act jealous.

"I just kissed him like I'm his boyfriend for that day," I said seriously.

She moved closer to me. Mukha yatang natutuwa pa siya.

"Zion, tell me... Is there a chance that you're gonna like Vile in the future?" She asked while smiling.

"Hey! Don't think something like that! You're creeping me out!" I shouted.

Napatingin tuloy sa amin si Vile...

"Hmmm... It's nothing Vile. Just continue what you're doing," I said.

Nagpatuloy na lang si Vile sa paghahanda ng mga plato...

"You're too defensive, Zion. The way you two acted yesterday looks like a real couple."

"Sandra... Please stop thinking some things like that. We're just friends," I said seriously.

She laughed...

"It's ok for me if you will love him. Vile deserves your love. I know that someday, I can find mine on my own," she said while smiling.

"Hey! I like you and that's final!" I said seriously.

"Zion, you like me but liking me is different from loving me. Maybe, someday what you feel for me will fade away. I can see in my eyes that Vile's love for you will never fade away," she said seriously.

"Why are you saying that kind of thing?" I asked anxiously.

"Kasi sa totoo lang, kinikilig ako sa inyo ni Vile kahapon," sabi niya sabay kindat.

Napahawak na lang ako sa sintido ko. Honestly, Sandra is acting insanely. She's creeping the hell out of me. Parang ewan...

"Hey guys... Kumain na tayo. I also made fruit shakes," Vile said.

Kumain na lang kaming tatlo...

"Hmmm... Vile, I want to ask something. What if magkatuluyan kayo ni Zion? Paano kung gusto ni Zion na magka-baby?" Tanong ni Sandra.

Napaubo tuloy ako dahil sa tanong ni Sandra.

"It's his decision. Lagi 'kong susundin kung ano ang gusto niya. I just want him to be happy. Honestly, hindi ka dapat nagtatanong ng ganyan, Sandra. It's impossible na magkatuluyan kami ni Zion. I'm contented and happy being his friend," Vile said while smiling.

Ngumiti bigla si Sandra na parang may ibig sabihin...

"You see? He really loves you so much," Sandra whispered on me.

Vile is just looking at me...

"Sandra, please stop asking questions like that. Baka mainis si Zion," Vile said anxiously.

"Ok... But who knows? Maybe, there's a chance..." Sandra said.

Natapos na kaming kumain at naghuhugas ng mga pinggan si Vile.

"Sandra, tell me! Nakita mo na ba ang future kaya ganun ka umarte kanina?" Deretsahan 'kong tanong.

She sigh...

"No... I'm just hoping that you two will end up with each other. Nanghihinayang kasi ako sa wagas na pag-ibig ni Vile. You see? He won't hesitate to sacrifice everything just for you!"

I looked away...

It's true... I'm so guilty. I can't love him back.

"Don't worry... I won't effort to say such things like that again. "

I heard her sigh...

"If you will just see his past. I know that you will feel so bad for him," she said seriously.

"I know his past. He told me," I said.

She shook her head...

"Hindi mo alam kung gaano kahirap ang dinanas niya. I know that he told you little things about him but I saw everything clearly. Nakita ko lahat ng paghihirap niya."

I looked at her... Her eyes looks sad.

"Ano ba ang mga nangyari sa kanya noon?" Tanong ko.

"Sorry... I shouldn't tell you. You should ask him if you want to know. I idolized him. He's really brave. He can manage to still smile again after his dark past. Baka umiyak ka kapag nalaman mo ang nakaraan niya. He never fall into darkness. I adore his true kindness," she said seriously.

She sigh...

"Gusto ko ngang malaman kung saan talaga siya nagmula kaya lang hindi ko makita. I don't know, something is blocking my power. There are also some parts of his past that I can't see clearly."

I looked at Vile...

"He never deserve to be a victim of unrequited love."

Ano ba talaga ang pinagdaanan mo sa buhay, Vile?

"Guys! I'm done washing the dishes. We should go in Kreterra now," Vile said while smiling.

"Guys! We're here! Sabay-sabay na tayong pumunta sa guild."

We looked at the door and our friends are here.

Naglakad na lang kaming lahat. Mabilis naman kaming nakarating sa Kreterra.

We are walking here in the forest...

After a second, we saw a kid who seems lost in this forest.

"Tick-tock... Tick-tock... Tick-tock," the child said.

Tumakbo agad si Vile papunta doon sa bata...

"Hmmm... Are you lost? We can help you," Vile said.

Humarap ang bata sa amin at nabigla ako. He's wearing a cloak with a symbol of a dragon. It'a symbol of Ruvekha!

"Hi... I'm Vile..."

The kid smiled at him...

"I'm Aki..." He said.

"Why are you here?" Vile asked.

"I want to find Kreterra. Sorcerers in that guild are my enemies," the child said.

Vile looked shocked because what he said. Hinatak ko si Vile pabalik sa amin.

"That kid is dangerous. He's a sorcerer from Ruvekha," I said seriously.

"Kung ako sa'yo bata, umuwi ka na sa guild mo at hindi ka namin papatulan," natatawang sabi ni Jester.

Ang sama tuloy ng titig ng bata sa amin...

"Hmmm... You don't have to fight. We will send you back to your guild if you want," Vile said nicely.

"Guys... Be careful. I can feel something. That kid is dangerous..." Wanda said.

"I can sense a massive dark energy from him," I said seriously.

My friends laughed except Sandra, Wanda and Vile...

I can feel a great dark energy inside him. He is not a normal child. I can feel that his power is a Saint level.

"Then what he will do to us?" Rex asked while laughing.

Lalong naging masama ang tingin ng bata sa aming lahat...

He released a dark magic circle around us....

"Time seal!" He shouted.

I looked around and the leaves are falling slowly from the tree.

Rex and Wanda started attacking him but both of them looks like moving in slow motion.

Aki laughed so hard...

"You can't beat me! Time is my world!" He said while laughing.

All of them are moving in slow motion. After a second, all of them stopped and they can no longer move their bodies.

Aki pointed his hand on Sandra's direction and he seems to fire a blast on her.

I tried to move and the time around me is normal. My moon necklace is glowing in a strange light.

I smiled... I think this amulet deflects dark spells that's why I'm not affected by Aki's magic.

"Hey kid! Taste my magic!" I shouted.

I pointed my hand on his direction and he looks shocked.

"How can you still move? I am controlling the time around you!" He said nervously.

I smirk as I release a golden circles from my hands.

"Angel's halo!"

Before my attack fired on him, he was completely vanished. Naputol ang mga puno dahil sa spell ko. Sayang, hindi natamaan 'yung bata.

"Hey! Where's that kid? Humanda 'yun sa akin kapag nakita ko siya!" Galit na sabi ni Dexter.

"Zion, why are you not affected by his spell?" Jared asked.

"It's because of his moon necklace. It deflects dark magic spells against him," Vile said.

Tumingin silang lahat sa akin na parang may ibig sabihin...

"What?" I asked furiously.

"Nothing... You're just lucky that Vile gave you that necklace," Rex said.

I'm just looking at them at iba ang titig nila sa aming dalawa ni Vile. Medyo natatawa pa sa akin si Sandra. Parang iba na naman ang iniisip nila.

I just rolled my eyes...

Maya-maya ay nakarating na kaming lahat sa guild namin.

We told our guild leader about what happened to us and she looks shocked.

"Why mama? Do you know Aki?" Sandra asked.

Ms. Elena looks so nervous...

She nodded...

"He's not a kid," she said.

Nagulat tuloy kaming lahat dahil sa sinabi niya.

"He's also an S class sorcerer. Aki is known as the Time Wizard. He's using a magic called Paradox to manipulate the time. Namatay sa war ang pamilya niya na dark sorcerers din. He used his magic to turn back the time but he can't do it. Nabiktima siya ng sarili niyang spell kaya ang naging cost ay bumalik siya sa pagkabata," sabi ni Ms. Elena.

"Hmmm... Ms. Elena, kahapon may umatake din sa akin na sorcerer. He is capable of holding my breath," Vile said.

"I think the sorcerer that you are saying is the one who is using air magic. He's also an S class wizard. I know his name, he's Carl," she said.

He's also an S class sorcerer? Then he's the same level like us!

"I'm afraid... Bumalik na ang mga Saints sa Ruvekha. Some of them vanished after the last war. Lumalakas ang pwersa ng Ruvekha. They also have the staff of darkness. I'm really sure that Elvira is practicing how to use that weapon. I know that they will start a war again," she said anxiously.

Natahimik na lang kaming lahat...

"What should we do?" Wanda asked.

"To tell you honestly, mas malakas na ang Ruvekha kaysa sa atin. Apat lang ang Saints dito including me," Ms. Elena said.

"But we also have a magic weapon that can fight Deus Ve Roca," I said.

Ms. Elena looked at me. She smiled... She's the only one who know that I am hiding a very powerful weapon welded by a demigod, Seilah with my parents.

"I almost forget it," she said.

"It's the right time to use it," I said.

My friends are just looking at me curiously. They don't know anything about it.

I will use that weapon to protect myself and this guild...
