Because of loud volume of television in this hotel room, I almost didn't hear that my phone rung. I saw Olivia's name and I answer it.
"Olivia! Why did you call?" tanong ko habang kinukuha ang remote at hininaan ang volume ng television.
"Hi, Matteo! I called you because I just want you to know na nagkita kami ni Killian," she informed me.
My forehead creased. I don't know what to react because I still don't know if their talk went well or not.
"Really? So, how was it? Naging maayos naman ba?" sunod-sunod kong tanong at narinig ko ang mahina niyang pagtawa.
"It went well! Maayos na kami! Naging mahaba-haba rin ang usapan namin at isa lang ang masasabi ko sa iyo." She stopped talking for a while.
"You're so lucky to have her, Matteo," she added.
