God knows how long I stayed there and drenched myself in the rain.
Umihip ang hangin at mas lalong nanaig ang lamig. I’m still wearing my uniform which is a navy blouse and a skirt. My black curled hair is in an artsy mess. I stayed in the bench, never minding the cold drops of rain on my skin.
I wanted to be alone but I don’t know why I’m still hoping for someone to come right now. I am still waiting for a miracle that someone would come and hug me right now. I needed the warmth to ease the coldness. I needed the comfort to ease this sudden burden. I just need someone to be with.
The cold water easily soaked through my clothes, leaving me shivering, a harsh contrast to the warmth of a moment ago.
