I stared outside the window kung saan tanaw namin ang ibang building ng school. Nandito kasi ngayon sa Principal's Office at hinihintay namin siya dito. According to our professors, he has a meeting kasama ang ibang principals ng school in terms of the Mahika Tournament and the frequent opening of Pandora's Box. As for our situation back then, walang sumara kasi sumara ito ng mag-isa but the demons stayed that's why we got rid of them but lately, may bumubukas na kahit saan. Sabi nga nila, there was one time that there were 3 Pandora Boxes opened at the same time in different places kaya medyo nahihirapan na ang Spirit Casters so the only way to lessen the casualties, students who are strong enough will participate in fighting. As for our school, itong school lang sa buong Agartha na may kumalaban na S-Class Demon- although sampo kaming nagtutulongan, it doesn't change the fact na kami mismo ang nakatalo. Most probably, inaabangan talaga kami ng mga tao since alam rin nila na kami rin mismo ang magrerepresenta sa Mahika Tournament.

The door opened agad na pumasok si Principal. Tumayo kaming lahat and we bowed down to show our respect to him. He raised his hand and we raised our heads. Nagpatuloy sa sa paglakad hanggang sa umupo na siya sa upoan niya. Sumandal siya at huminga siya ng malalim. He glanced at us for a moment and he sighed again. What? Did we do anything wrong? Wala bang congratulations mula sa kanya? Mas bumango kaya ang pangalan ng school namin.

"Your mission," he muttered at huminga ulit siya ng malalim. "Your mission was to find the lair," he added at nagtinginan kaming lahat. Oh, I know where is this going. "Don't get me wrong, I'm really happy and proud," he added at tumayo siya. Tumalikod siya at huminga na naman ng malalim. "Alam niyo ba kung anong sinabinila sa akin?" he asked at lumingon siya sa amin at halatang hindi niys gusto ang kung ano man ang sasabihin niya sa amin.

"A-Ano po?" Gin asked.

"My school is raising monsters. My new generation are scarier then demons which are you, four," he said at tinuro kaming apat. "At hindi lang iyan, they wanted to have a gathering before the Mahika Tournament. Iyon ang pinakaayaw ko dahil kahit isa sa mga principal, wala akong kaibigan!" reklamo niya. Iyon lang pala? I mean, sino namang makikipagkaibigan sa katulad niya? He's an SS-Class Spirit Caster. Not to mention na dalawa lang silang may ganoong rank sa buong Agartha- syempre walang kakausap sa kanya. "I heard them talking about me and my school! Walang lalapit sa atin!" reklamo niya ulit.

He's strong and mature on the outside but what the hell is wrong with his mind? He acts like a kid. Don't tell me doesn't really have friends even before he was elected as Principal?

"I believe that doesn't seem to be a problem, Sir," Tempest replied.

"I do agree. I believe the principals are complimenting us," Gin added.

Hindi siya umimik at napatingin lang sa amin. Did he just realized it now? He was talking with a worried tone but seriously, it was all nonsense. This time, umupo siya ulit at huminga ng malalim. Sumandal siya habang nakatingin sa amin.

"Hex and Hugo will be going home, right?" he asked and we all nodded and he just gave us a faint smile. "Alam niyo, I was expecting that you will be able to find the lair kasi alam kong malalakas kayo but it turned out na kayo pa mismo ang nagligpit sa lahat ng kalaban. I'm proud and scared at the same time lalo na sa first years natin," he said at napatingin ang lahat sa aming apat. "The only first years who got closer to S-Class Rank. You all are still growing kaya sigurado akong lalakas pa kayo. Maybe one day, you'll be able to surpass not only me but the King too," he added.

"Thank you for that compliment, Sir," Kali said and we all smiled to express our gratitude too.

"But a strong power can make us blind so you better use your magic to defend the people, got it?' he said.

"Yes, sir!" sagot na naming lahat.

"Ill be dismissing you early. Be back tomorrow for further instruction about the tournament. Hex, Hugo, you may go back home. I have prepared a train for you both," he instructed. "First years, bumalik muna kayo sa room niyo. Get your things bago kayo umuwi." he added.

"Yes, sir!" Hex and Hugo said in chorus.

"Things?' Nieve asked. "What do you mean by our things, sir? I believe we didn't left anything behind when we left," he added.

"New uniform embedded with an emblem like that," he replied and pointed at the emblem na binigay sa amin. "The second years have it in their lockers pero linagay ko ang sa inyp sa room. First years pa kayo, kailangan niyong makisama sa iba kahit natatangi kayo." he added andjust like that pumasok siya sa isang pinto na nasa loob lang rin dito. I guess we have no choice then.

Lumabas kaming lahat and bid our farewell to Hex and Hugo. After they left, we parted our ways tfrom Gin and others para pumunta sa room namin. It's class time kaya walang tao ang hallway. Nagdadalawang-isip rin kami kung papasok kami habang nagkaklase kasi it'll be disrespectful for sure. Nagpatuloy kami sa paglakad hanggang sa nakarating kami sa room. Kali did not hesitate and he knocked on the door. After knocking, he opened it at bakas sa mukha ng aming mga kaklase ang gulat. Some of them even stood up and some of them gasped. Napatingin kami sa professor namin at napatigil rin siya nang makita kami. It seemed like the time stopped at nahulog niya ang hawak niyang chalk.

"We're not ghosts, okay?" Kali said at naglakad na siya papunta sa upoan niya so syempre sumunod kami. Siya ang Captain ng team namin eh. We did see new uniforms at the top of our table. Umupo kami sa upoan namin para makabalik na sa pag-discuss ang professor namin. We all sighed dahil sa pagod at pilit na tumingin sa harap. Still, our professor was stunned. Too stunned to the point na nahirapan na siyang humarap.

I often read this on manga. Overpowered characters are treated this way at sino namang mag-aakala na ang sarap pala sa pakiramdam na kinakatakutan ka. I smirked a little at umiwas na ako ngt ingin sa harap at napatingin sa gilid ko. I saw one of our classmates who kept looking at the same direction. Well, he's pretty. He has this solid jawline and has black hair with yellow highlights sa ibaba nito. He looked really good with his accessories lalong-lalo na sa lip ring niya. Ngayon ko lang ata siya napansin dahil sa dami ng ginawa namin. He suddenly smiled which made me curious kung bakit kaya napatingin ako sa tinitingnan niya.

It was Kailani's seat.

Is he looking at Kailani??

I glanced back at him and I was surprised when our eyes met. Hindi siya nagsasalita, hindi kami magkakilala pero alam ko- alam ko kung anong klaseng tingin ang binibigay niya sa akin ngayon. He was like he's telling me that he wants Kailani. Kumunot ang noo ko and my vision turned purple as his eye color turned into green.

We stayed until the class ended at hindi ako tumayo kasi tinitingnan ko pa ang lalaking iyon. Everyone stood up straight after the class at lumabas siya pero him? He did stood up but he walked towards Kailani. I watched him until Kailani noticed him.

"Long time no see, Kai,"

KAI? HE CALLS HIM KAI?! T-That's ... That's unfair.

"Lucas? Yo, long time no see," Kailani responded and they hugged each other. Lucas huh. He glanced at me when they hugged and he gave me a smirk. I stared at him with disbelief and I rolled my eyes. Right I after I confessed? Really?! Wow.

"Hey, Cygnus, tara na," sabi ni Kali kaya tumayo na ako.

"Mauna na kayo. Just wait for me at the gate," biglang sabi ni Kailani at naglakad palayo silang dalawa ni Lucas. JUST WHO IS THAT PERSON?!

"Someone's jealous," biglang sabi ni Kali at napatingin ako sa kanya. He was grinning like a clown to tease me. I looked away ang clenched the uniform that I was holding. "You must be wondering who he was," he added with a chuckle. "He's actually a childhood friend. I believe my brother liked him before kaso lumipat sila ng area kaya ngayon lang ulit sila nagkita. It's my brother's childhood friend only- hindi ako kasali. My mom doesn't allow me to hang out with them," he added again at naglakad palayo. "Tara na, don't worry too much. If my brother is serious about you, everything will be fine," he said at inakbayan ako at si Nieve para hilain kami palabas.

I glanced back and saw how Kailani and Lucas interacted with each other. They were laughing and talking about some stuff. I felt a tight pain in my chest kaya umiwas na ako ng tingin. BUmitaw naman si Kali sa min kaya nagpatuloy lang kami sa paglakad. I'm really in a bad mood right now so I'm trying my best to hide my emotion kasi baka magsilabasan ang lahat ng magic molecules ko. We walked down the building at liliko na sana ako para sundan sina Kali papunta sa gate kaso napatigil ako nang may humawak sa kamay ko. I hurriedly grabbed my hand back at lumingon ako. Lumingon rin sina Kali at Nieve at napatigil kami nang may isang lalaki na hindi namin kilala na nakatayo sa harapan namin. I did saw him before but he don't belong to our class.

"What?" I asked with a tone of being annoyed because I'm annoyed!!

"C-C-Can I ask a little bit of you rtime, C-Cyg...nus?" he asked and I frowned. Well, it's not like I don't have time- marami naman. Napakadami.

"Mauna na kayo," sabi ko and Kali nodded.

They walked away at nakatingin na siya ng diretso sa akin.

"What is it?" I asked.

"W-Wala kasi kayo this past few days dahil sa missions niyo at gusto ko lang malaman niyo na isa po ako sa umiidolo sa inyo," he said and I raised of my brows. He stood up straight at nagulat ako kasi matangkad pala siya. He's taller than me and I think his height and Kailani's height is quite the same. He suddenly handed me a box with a pretty earing inside. "T-T-T-This is a small appreciation gift but I want to give this to you. My family is specialized in making accessories with light magic. I made this myself," he added and my eyes widened. He made this? For me? How ... surprising.

Lumapit ako ng kaunti para tingnan ang ibinigay niya and yea it was pretty. The earing is styled like an angel feather with blue crystals.

"Naglagay lang po ako ng blue crystals kasi po iyon po ang una kong napansin sa buhok niyo nang una po kitang makita. Your blue highlights suits you well," he explained and I smiled. Now this is what we call as effort.

"What's your name?" I asked.

"W-Well, um, my name is Azul," he replied at napatingin ako sa kanya. Azul- it means blue. I noticed that his hair had blue highlights too pero nasa ilalim ng black hair niya. His eyes were blue like the crystals of that feather-like earing he made.

"Suits you," I said with a smile at napatingin ulit sa bigay niyang box.

I extended my hand to get the box at bago ko pa man makuha, my eyes widened when someone grabbed my hand para hindi ko ito maabot. Napatingin ako sa gilid ko and I saw Kailani. He gripped my hands harder and it gave me a little pain.

"Kailani? I thought we'll meet at the ga-" putol kong sabi nang tiningnan niya ako. His eyes changed into gold and it was enough to make my mouth shut. I was damn scared by that look. He looked like he wants to kill someone. Tumingin siya kay Azul na ikinagulat niya. Kailani glanced at the box and he glanced back at Azul again.

"A gift?" he asked coldly.

"Y-Y-Y-Y-Yes," utal-utal na sagot ni Azul. "A-A-Appreciation," he added.

"Bakit kay Cygnus lang? Siya lang ba ang lumaban?' he asked at napalunok si Azul.

I forced myself na makawala sa hawak ni Kailani at napatingin siya sa akin.

"Stop, okay?' sabi ko and I sighed. I took the box from Azul's hand and Kailani smirked and clicked his tongue. Now, that was scary.

"How about we'll go home right now, Cygnus? What do you say?" he asked coldly.
