Dahan dahan siya sumilip bago lumabas ng banyo at naghanap sa maleta ng damit na isusuot. Dahil ang kanyang mga gamit ay nasa loob pa ng maleta at di niya na unload at naayos sa damitan. Naghahanap siya ng damit na maisuot ng biglang magsalita si Dave.
“All the dresses here are prepared for you, bago lahat ang mga yan.”
When did you prepare all this? Laking gulat ni Marian dahil lahat ng mga damit na pambabae ay sa eksaktong size niya.
“Kaninang umaga ng umalis ka. Ipanahanda ko sa mga tao ko”

“Magbihis ka at kakain tayo.”
Tumango lamang si Marian ng pagsangayon. Nang makapagbihis na lumabas si Marian sa kuwarto. Dave was sitting on the couch head slightly down. He rolled his sleeves revealing his forearms. Nang malapit na si Marian napatingin siya at nagslita.
“Come! Sit down and eat.”
Marian sat beside Dave and pushed the plate in front of her. Habang sila ay kumakain nagtanong si Dave.
“Have you broken up with my brother?
“Yes, pero ayaw niya maki pag break.”
“Don’t worry wala na siya magagawa starting tomorrow.”
“Gaano kayo katagal na magkasintahan ni Daniel?
“Four years, and he courted me for five months.”
“Really! Well, it seems I’m too fast than him.”

“Remember if you were bullied without me beside you, call me and don’t act recklessly alone.”

Dave slowly held the back of Marian’s head, and they looked into each other eyes. Dave lowered his head and gently kissed her lips. Marian slowly closed her eyes.

Umalis si Dave at pumasok sa banyo Marian breathes a sigh of relief while she continues eating her food. Nang makatapos siya kumain nilabas ni Marian ang kanyang cellphone at nag browse sa f*******:. After 20 minutes Marian heard a door closing and continue watching the news on her phone.
“Let’s sleep early, Pupunta tayo sa city hall bukas ng umaga.”
“Alright,” Marian replied.
Dave was standing in the center of the living room. Marian goes inside the bedroom and lies down on the bed, and closes her eyes as soon as her head hits the pillow due to fatigue. Dave follows her; he pulls her close to him and hugs her from behind, and whispers in her ear.
