The CEO's Order

"Hecate, tell me when you're in place," Nyx Ann Lee whispered in her earpiece while taping some codes in her phone. She is currently sitting inside Crystal Club in Las Vegas. With her short purple dress and shiny accessories, no one would ever imagine what she's actually doing. After a few more seconds, she heard the familiar emotionless voice of the lady she just called Hecate. "Nyx I need you to turn the lights off on my signal," said Hecate. "in five seconds okay?" "Yes, I got it." Nyx calmly counted in her head even if her hands are a bit clammy from her nervousness. Being a hacker and programmer of Hecate for the past four years, Nyx is a certified god at it. But she's never been in such a huge assignment like this, even being in the field herself. Just as how Hecate wanted, the lights turned off. The drunk people who were enjoying the music started to complain and create a fuss. The mysterious girl wearing a black cloak with a hood on immediately took her chance to enter a private room. Her special glasses made her see in the dark, it even shows information of the people in front of her. "What is happening?" said the man in sitting on the left side of the room. Hecate's glasses shown information of him being the owner of the club. "I should be the one asking you this," said the other man on the other side named Andrew Gomez. She smirked as she looked at him, her target. With her light footsteps, the men didn't even realize that someone else is in the room. They just wondered about the electricity failure. She couldn't hide her smirk as she realized that the package she needs is siting on top of the table. It will only take her seconds to take it from them. "Hecate, I can only stall for thirty seconds or they're gonna see my attack on the system," Nyx said. It immediately made Hecate grab the small box and run away. The men heard her loud footsteps out of nowhere and they started to panic. When they realized, the room got filled with loud curses and gunshots that pointed directly at the door's direction. "Nyx run out! Meet up with Astra," nagbago ang tono niya. "They're armed, things might've gotten a bit stickier." With the lights still turned off, she hid on the end of the second floor hallway where she can silently watch the two men struggle to follower her with just their little flashlights. "Who the f*ck was that? You told me this place is safe!" "I don't know man! I have the most advanced security and no one even knows about this trade!" Narinig niya ang sigawan pero hindi pa rin siya kumikibo. "Mr. Gomez, are you sure that nobody knows about this transaction?" the owner of the club expressed his suspicion. "They knew the existence of it, but not our meeting." "You need to get out of there, the people downstairs are freaking out after the shots, I'm with Astra now. It's too far, don't have access with the security anymore." "Well sh*t," she whispered and immediately realized her mistake when the men started firing in her way. Her hand lifted her long black cloak together with a short skirt she's wearing under, revealing a gun clinging on her thigh with a holster. Her special gun uses little vials with needles as bullets. It made the two men fall with just one shot each neck. This special liquid can make someone sleep upon seconds of exposure. She only use this for certain jobs where the client doesn't want anyone to get injured. "I got the package, are you in the entrance?" she said, holding her earpiece. "Hex, they locked the whole club," said Nyx Ann. "Lights are about to turn on too." "Oh wow, okay I can just do the second plan." Hecate removed her cloak showing her long wavy hair dyed blonde and revealing a black long sleeve crop top exposing her lightly toned abs covered in a fishnet undergarment. Her short black skirt ends right where her lace gun holster is fully covered. A few folds on the cloak and it turned into a cute side bag that can hold her gun, glasses and the little box she just recovered. She has no idea on what the box contain. Everything she knows comes from the client request that she got. Her job doesn't require her to know too much. It's actually safer that way. For the past four years, Hecate have mastered her job. She formed a secret organization with just her two friends, now she's the most sought after underground courier. Powerful people from the Underground Society trust her with critical parcel deliveries to other groups or other jobs like investigation, tracking, and hacking. She is known as Hecate, named after the goddess of witchcraft, night, ghosts, and moon. This is because even after the rise of her popularity, nobody has seen her face. Her name is respected being praised as the most reliable courier beating some other that have been established for so long. Many tried to trace her, to recruit her or to take her down but they never succeeded. The lights turned on inside the club. Hecate walked down the stairs heading to the crazed people celebrating the sudden turning on of the loud music, these are the same people that she heard panicking minutes ago. Her mouth slightly opened in awe. "They don't even know what happened," she said while shaking her head. Hecate turned to gaze at the doors but a bunch of security guards are stopping people from leaving. Unconsciously licking her lips, realizing her situation. "Wish you'd look at me like that." A deep voice of a man beside her made her stiffen a bit. Her reaction changed from being shocked to really curious upon hearing the same dude giggle. He's lowering himself just to be closer to her ear, making sure she could hear him over the music. "Uh, sorry?" she can already tell that the man is drunk. Aside from his messy hair, everything else about him is perfect. He is very tall, and muscular. For some reason, Hecate can't stop looking at his expressive eyes which are starring down at hers intensely. "Why haven't I seen you earlier?" he said while slowly reaching to brush Hecate's hair. "We lost a lot of time." Even if Hecate can't understand what this handsome man is talking about, she can't seem to find the courage to brush him off. "Hex are you in trouble?" She didn't bother to reply to Nyx Ann and just continued looking at the guy's eyes. "What's your name?" natauhan si Hecate sa narinig niyang tanong ng lalaki. She smiled, pulled his tie and leaned closer to seductively whisper in his ear. "You can call me whatever you want, I wont complain." His lips slowly curved up. He then shyly covered his face, "Come on, you can't be talking like that. You're too beautiful, it's dangerous." Hindi napigilan ni Hecate ang pagtawa. He looks so cute while blushing because of her. "You're quite funny," she said. She instantly heard a fuss through her earpiece coming from her partners. "Hex, are you flirting?" Nyx Ann said after a dramatic gasp. Next was Astra's excited voice, "Is he cute? Take a picture on the lenses please!" "So, you're not really telling me your name?" he asked once again. "No need, I think you are too drunk to remember me after tonight." "I highly doubt that," the tall man said. His sudden movement caught her off guard. Hindi siya makagalaw nang maintindihan niya ang nangyayari. Nakakunot ang kan'yang noo habang malapit na tinititigan ang mukha ni Hecate. "How about we meet when I'm not drunk then?" he said, still looking at her as if he's memorizing every part of her face. "Hmm?" "No pressure, its up to you if you want to find me," his hand went to pat her head after talking in a sincere,soft tone. "They call me Blake, just come if you wish." The people started to move towards the door which are now open. Hecate turned back to the man softly caressing her hair. She faintly smiled knowing that everything he said is impossible. "Sure," she lied. "Be sure to remember my face then, I wont approach you first." The clueless man giggled with her before she slowly walked away, excusing herself saying that she needs to meet up with someone. "Hex, at least get his number if he's cute." "Shut up Nyx, no." "First time 'to," Astra said in disbelief. "You showed interest on a guy for the first time! I bet he's hot." "Astra, Nyx, just stop okay? Where are you?" "Kiss him," out of nowhere Nyx Ann said. Sumangayon din ang kaibigan nila na si Astra,"Yeah, why not. You wont meet again anyways. Para at least may good bye sa first crush mo." "Shut up Astra, stop saying nonsense." Irritated, she pulled out the small earbud off her ear and shoved it in her bag. Kahit hindi normal kay Hecate ang ganito, panandalian siyang napaisip. Tama rin naman sila, hindi na sila magkikita at nanghihinayang siya pero wala siyang magagawa. She took a deep breath and forced herself to take the next step but someone pulled her hand from behind. Before she could even fight back, she was trapped by Blake's warm hug. Her brain turned blank for a second before her cold small hands cupped his face and passionately kissed him. Blake was surprised with her action but it didn't stop him from kissing her back. He couldn't even stop himself from smiling, he felt an unusual connection with this mysterious beautiful girl and he couldn't get enough of her. Maybe he really had a bit too much to drink, but this girl made him feel something he doesn't understand. But he liked it, every part of it. After she pulled away he noticed her smile brightly. But in just a blink of an eye, her smile turned to a fake one. "See you next time," she said. Still catching her breath. "Can't wait," he replied. And waved goodbye to the gorgeous lady.
