“I honor this Medal of Honor to Captain Leonardo Sullivan who bravely fought to win his battle. He may not be here anymore but his remarkable acts of courage will never be forgotten. He’s not just a leader, but also a brother and a family. We will never be able to repay our debt to the brave men and women who have served our country. We owe them our eternal appreciation.
