Honey’s POV
Malamig ang boses niya na nanuot sa bawat sulok ng dining. Napalingon na din ako and our eyes met. All that was around us disappered all of a sudden. There I saw an old version of me. It was creepy seeing the old version of myself in front of me but of course dahil lang ito sa kamukha ko nga talaga si Lola. She's really me in every angle. Edad lang at kulay ng buhok ang pinagkaiba namin.
I observed that beneath those cold old eyes was frailty.
''Honey Letizia,'' she said in a cracky voice.
I gasped at the sensation of hearing her call my complete name.
''L-Lola,'' I said and I ran to envelop myself in her open arms.
