Ian’s POV I had no idea why Agua suddenly piqued my interest. I wasn't the type to entertain distractions, yet here I was, choosing to come to her place just to learn more about her. It was reckless— out of character—but for some reason, I didn't care. A strange feeling settled in my chest- something unfamiliar, something I wasn't used to. Sympathy wasn't something I often entertained, but with her, it was different.
