"Naveah! Naveah, sandali please!" I heard Jay's voice calling as his hurried footsteps ran towards me down the hallway.
"Seriously? Paano niya ako naabutan? Si Astroboy ba to?" I infuriatingly murmured as I hurriedly swiped the keycard on the lock.
I turned to look at him while he sprinted the last few feet towards me then rolled my eyes as I pushed the lever down to open the door. "Go away, Jay! I want to be alone." I quickly stepped inside and pushed the door.
"Naveah, wait!" He yelled and wedged his hand in between the gap. "Please..."
