Chapter 16.2

814 Words

After we finished eating, we headed to a part of the treehouse that seemed to serve as a lounge area. Colorful bean bags rested on top of a round carpet as we each carried our wine glasses. He placed the bottle of wine in front of us, still not even half empty. ‘Yung laman nga ng baso ko, pangalawang salin pa lang, and I still couldn't seem to finish it. Napatingala ako sa langit. Ang dilim ng kalangitan. Iilan lang ang mga stars. “They should have put a telescope here.” “Let’s suggest it to them.” “I wish it wouldn’t.”
