K’s POV
“Mandy.” I heard the familiar voice of a man. Napalingon din si Mandy sa taong iyon.
Jake.
I don’t know what to feel. He is here, in front of me.
“Jacob!” sigaw ni Mandy at niyakap si Jake. Nagkatinginan kaming dalawa. I can’t read his face. “What are you doing here?” kumalas si Mandy sa yakap kay Jake.
“I’m here to check on you.” Jake said while holding both of Mandy’s shoulder. “I heard about what happened in your house. Where is Tito Manuel?” Jake asked.
Umiling si Mandy bago ako nilingon. “Her cousins have Daddy. But I don’t care now because I have her.” She told Jake.
Napatingin si Jake sa akin. “That’s good.” He smirked.
“I’m so happy you’re here! Akala ko mag-isa na lang ako. It’s a good thing I still have you.” Mandy hugge
