Chapter 1- The Author 'I love you' 'You know how much i sacrifice my life for you just because of this feelings in my heart' 'A-ash..' 'B-but the thing is, we can't be together' 'H-huh?' 'Im sorry princess, their won't be an us in the future' 'P-prince Ash.. Wait!!' "Cleo!! Its time to eat!" "Im coming, mom!" I frowned before stretching my hands upwards while tightly closing my eyes. And once i open them, i see my computer and the chapter that i haven't finished writing so i let a out a deep sigh before closing my loptap, i stand up in my chair now and get out of my room to eat my breakfast. Im Cleozel Heirvana, a unique name for someone normal like me is what surprise people sometimes. So please, just call me Cleo. Im an underrated author in an app which many people download it to read. It also surprise me that i got more followers now than before cause im making a heads up for a contest. Being an author is kinda hard at this year because im seventeen and a 12th grade student, which is graduating and turning into college. One thing to describe about me is i'm boring, not that i dont have a boyfriend before but i do have one ex, and yet im single again, not ready to mingle. Why not ready to mingle? A girl like me who's a busy person, doing a part-time after school and an author at night and yes, i agree that im a really busy person and still got good grades, thats why they call me nerd i guess. I sigh loudly while looking at the upper ceiling so suddenly while waiting for my food. What if i have a love story like any other love life of some people. If theirs a sudden love story about me and my partner, what's the plot of our story and when does the story start. Im kinda curious of how my love life will go so i can't wait, can't wait to write it though. My mother works in a hotel for our house payment while i write and do part-time in the cat cafe that my cousin is owning cause im doing this busy stuffs cause i need money for tuition in school and also in the future in college. My cousin just have that idea one day to have a cat cafe in the future, though it came true. The cafe is made out of stray cats which we take care of now and we give them a shot so people can touch them and their safe. Though, the mother cats just keep having babies that it turn out to be a kitten cafe thats why the store is sometimes a storm, which is what i want it to happened so im proud then. "Are you tired today, sweetie? You have been working nonstop with that loptap of yours" My mom says while looking worriedly to me and im just eating, i sometimes hate my moms eyes for also having a face of worriedness. If she's worried, so does her eyes. I smile at my mon looking innocently so she dont have to worry now, its attacking my heart knowing that my mother is sad. "Im fine, mom. Im not even a bit busy" "You don't have to work hard just to get us something to eat and stuffs. Im already working as a hotellier and they give me extra credits this days" My mom said that make me shook and stop munching at what i been eating. Did she really got the extra credit money? What happened? "They give you extra credit even if the hotel is a 3 star hotel in the middle of the high buildings! Mom, im really shook" My mom laughs at what i said while she jokingly hit my arms. Im even serious now that they give my mom some more money cause it never happened. "Don't say that hotel is just a 3-star rating, im working their like i own the hotel itself" "Yeah, you clean the beds and rooms, wash the dishes and your the only one who clean the pool, sometimes you also do the cooking and thats what other people do in the hotel and not just yourself! You just have the extra credits today even if you work all of that mom" She sigh while having a fake smile on her face now, and i also hate seeing that but why did i hurt her with my words. I just sigh while regretting at what i said. "Sweetie, working hard will pays off someday. We just have to wait and the prefect time will come" I smiled slowly at mom and nods, she tap my shoulder saying that i should eat up or i'll be late at school I go to my room now and change my outfit into a school uniform, though school starts at 8 am. I have to wake up at five to finish at least five chapters ahead and stuffs, i will remain more hardworking than ever to not dissapoint my mother. But first, i have to pack my things now cause the school is about to close their gates and im hella late, I got my backpack now and gets out of my room fast. "Mom, im going now!" "Have fun at school!" I wave to my mom goodbye and start running in the village, i started combing my hair with my comb, not minding the people looking at me cause im like brushing my long hair and running, this is the life of being an always late student, always forget to brush her hair in the house so their brushing it in the street. While running to the hallways now, i seeing my the school gate from afar that is being surrounded with many students, im walking now cause i just got tired of all that running, but when i was gonna enter the gate, one guy suddenly caught my attention and i didnt even think that im smiling now in ear to ear. I walk like im an excited child following a cute boy in the back and i wonder if he'll notice me cause im like staring so intently at him. He's Kyron Min Jeiner, my crush and also a successful author in the app that i've been working at. He's also my friend both in school and being an author and he's the only person who knows that im an author other than my mother and Arin. Im m a secretive person and i don't want other people to know that im an author, maybe because of some reasons i'm hiding it though. And i'm also an introverted teenager by now so its really hard to talk easily to anyone, i been following my crush at the school hallways and its like i want to talk to him the more i stare but i just can't cause i want him to make the first move though, just introverted things. I pouted when he already entered to his classroom so i turn the right way and get to the stairs. I actually take ABM this senior year cause i'll take accountant in college, my dad says that he wants me to take that, although my dad is with his new girlfriend now. I still want to take accountant cause im kinda good at math. My goal is to publish a book at the age of 17 which is this year, and its been 5 years since i write novels, i don't have some time now to slack off so i'll find a publisher soon. I'm in my classroom now and the first thing that caught my eyes is my bestfriend, i glared at her. He looks so lovey-dovey infront of his gamer boyfriend who's just playing at his phone while my bestfriend Arin is doing cute stuffs at his side, i sigh before going to their direction and Arin finally glance at me. And speaking of Arin, she's my bestfriend from over six years now but were supposed to be a trio but the other one became a brat, all of the sudden so its just me and her. "Your here! And your not late!!" "And your also here coming early just to be with your boyfriend who just play games" Arin just chuckled and looks at his boyfriend, how come a sweet and caring friend like her will date someone like Johnny Jheppeir. A snobber but acts cool because he doesn't talk much. Arin likes bad boys and quiet types so she can be sweet freely. Though, their relationship is not that healthy but i wont say a word about it to her so she won't be hurt I wish i can also do some dates this days, if im not really busy and have some time with stuffs like that, i can already date a boy, but i only want one boy. My senior life is not that boring actually because of having some crush, it will be boring if its just studying and being busy. Kyron has also no time to date this days too so are we a click then? I hope not cause we would be the most boring couple it'll exist. Also, he's a college student and he's one year older than me so i think he focus more on studying now Speaking of couple, i do mentioned that i am single but i do have a boyfriend before and oh, their they are. My ex-boyfriend with my ex-bestfriend. "It must be boring to be single right? She would be whining not having a boyfies on her side cause her bestfriend have one" I tsked while looking at my ex-bestfriend, Kaylin Trium. She's the brat im talking about a little while ago, its annoying seeing her pouting at her boyfriend when i know that she's actually describing me. Take note that her boyfriend is my ex thats why its more annoying "Its better to be single than seeing you clinging on your 3rd boyfriend" I whisper while glaring at her. My ex is her 3rd boyfriend and Kyron was supposed to be 7th and good thing, he's not dumb. Yes, she have so many boyfriend like five more and i never been so happy breaking up my friendship with her cause we don't need toxics in life, i can't even handle them as classmates but its just one year Cleo, lets have a long patience. The teacher finally came in and we sit down properly at our sits and the teacher starts talking now, so I take down notes and listen carefully. Break time and i am now alone cause Arin is with her boyfriend and im not gonna complain, she just loves him i guess. Arin becomes more hyper because of her Johnny tho. I won't judge, thats my bestfriend. I was happily walking back to my classroom like a normal senior student with a snacks in my hands but expectations remain as it is that my walk is normal. I forgot to mention about my long time bully that is bullying me for over 2, every year makes it even worse tho. He's Exekiel Marques, My ex-bestfriends number one boyfriend and he hates it when someone call him with his full name, but its a cool name for a bully right? In some stories, the bully is kinda cute and things like that with a little of being scary but this bully of mine is somehow different. You'll maybe ask why he keeps bullying me for over 2 year and i got to say, he has no ending wether its insult or even hurting me, he just wants to bully me, i think If the protagonist and his leading man which is a bully became inlove with each other at the stories. I swear to hell, that will never happened in our foot. "Ooohhh!!! Shoott!!!" I hear some laughing across my back and felt the pain that bangs at the top of my head, i squeeze my eyes closed inhaling some oxygen for my anger to not go high up and i just remain calm "I didn't see you there, nerd. Maybe because your too invisible to see" I hear the voice at my side and i see my bully that is so close in my face so suddenly, but it didn't made me flinch tho, maybe im just used to this "Invisible people sometimes annoy the one thats not invisible, so why not annoy the invisible one like its a rotation. Preety cool huh?" 'Preety cool for beating you up' i want to say those words but i know he will kill me if i ever said that one little insult towards him, im just gonna wait for the day that he will stop bullying me cause if he ever stop doing that, i'll even arrange a party. I just sigh while meeting his eyes all of the sudden and our face is still inch away, good thing he move backwards now with a smirk in the face "You got some guts to sigh me in the face, huh?" He said but i remain silent so he can stop now "Oh yeah, she's invisible so why would you talk to me. There's a floating glasses infront of me, so scary! Hey miss, mind having a favor on moving this cup on the other side? Oh no!! The cup is floating now!" Guess it won't work. Exekiel laugh at me while im holding his cup so i just stared at the water in the cup but the next thing he do, i didn't know that he will be much worst that i expected now. "You should take a shower everyday, not me showering you with just a little of water. Water hygiene is good for your skin and sexy brain" Exekiel tap my shoulder before passing at my side and also get my food in my hands. That mother pickles be stealing my food, but good thing im on a diet. Im now walking to return at my classroom, soaking wet hair and people even looking at me like im somehow a rotten flower. I get inside the classroom and Arin surprise me in my back, touching my wet shirt now and i guess, she knew it already. "Your back and your soaking wet" Arin look at me from head to toe and her face is kinda look worried so i tap her shoulders and she look up to me and i smiled "Im okay, Arin. This is like a regular day to me as usual. Why would i expect something new" Now Arin's face looks even more sadder because of what i said. I cheer her up and said that i motivated myself and something and at last, after an hour and a half of explaining something, she is not sad anymore Like i mention of having a regular day, our teacher is finally in our classroom and she teach us and after some hours, its lunch time but im not eating, then back in lessons and its going home time After going out of my classroom, we go to the lockers and i forgot to say about this thing again, its about me always having a letter in my locker when i open it at the end of the day. I always have a letter in my lockers since the first day of my 12th grade, this letters motivates me and it completes my day, i still didn't know who is the letter owner but i know he or she knew i was the author of some books so they sent me letters, i guess. Today, i officially gonna say that im liking you now little by little. Not as you being my happy pill by books but you also attracts me at some point, The letter guy. Guy? He's actually a guy after all. And he likes me. Guess, he's having an upgrade now in the letters, not like the other days,he just motivates me with words "I guess you have a love letter now huh?"
