"Detective! May tawag ka po, emergency raw!" an agent told me kaya naman lumapit ako sa lamesa kung saan nakapatong ang telepono at sinagot ito.
"Hello? This is Detective Magsaysay speaking. How may I help you?"
"Detective, it's Professor Walters." Sandali akong nagulat nang magpakilala ang caller. Mas na-confuse pa ako nang marinig ko ang sunod-sunod niyang pag-hingal.
"Ayos ka lang ba, Sir?"
"Yes, yes." I signalled one of the officers to start tracking the call. May pakiramdam akong hindi lang ito basta simpleng phone call.
"Detective, please help Que." Natigilan ako sa narinig.
"Please, find me. Hanapin niyo ako, hawak ko ngayon sina Que, Jacque at Trey. Please save them," pagmamakaawa nito.
