Chapter Eleven

Dr. Frances Faraday's POV

Zackaria and I was making our own research. It was been about the water as a source of energy alternates as fuel. We ask fund from the government about our plan. We proposed our research to them, but they refused. They said, it was just a waste of time. But, we didn't stops doing our research. Until, Britty, Zackaria's wife joined us. Together, we did our research. We read books, create and experiment, but we failed due to we're lack of fund.

We became busy doing the research. And ask fund from different business person, but they refused. However, it wouldn't render us to stop our research.

We focused ourselves on our research and we almost spent five years doing it in order for us to achieve our goals. We used pur own money doing thing, and we use light materials to create the machine which can help to make our dreams possible.

Fortunately, after five years doing our experiments we make successfully and worked for how many times of trying. We converted the water as alternative fuel. It can substitute as fuel and can generate an electricity throughout the city.

According to our research, it can supply electricity 24/7 on a city without interruption happening. The consumers no need to pay bills, because it was free and can't be easily depleted as fuel.

The machine we created needs water to worked in order for it to spine its turbine to creates an unending supply of electricity to the whole city.

We'd been going to the Government officials to proposed our research. Unfortunately there was a things which makes us think twice. We are about to get inside on the government officials room when we heard them talking on something.

There was a conspiracy happening between the Government and the Aliens. And, we discovered that the Extraterrestrials being–Aliens– aren't living outer space or in the other planets, but they are here too. Observing and sending support to the government. They are also here at Earth, and the government hid them from us, because they don't want us to make a rebellious act to them.

After we heard them, we left the place and plan how to deal with the situation. We didn't know what was the consequences after of this conspiracy. What their plan, but I had this instinct that they will invade the Earth.

Years passed by, since we accidentally discovered the conspiracy happening between the Government and the Extraterrestrials being. Zackaria and I together with other thirty persons served as our team whom gave us fund. We convinced them to create a place with we can execute our separate research without the government knowing.

We built a campsite and we used the underground water as our sources of electricity. And finally, after a billion of times we successfully created the Holmanians Campsite.

This place was two hectares wide with different rooms and facilities. It was build five feet under the ground so that it is so difficult to trace.

Britty and Zackaria Holmes create the security system of the place to averted us from tracing.

And years passed by, the war begun. The Aliens started to destroyed the Earth and we had nothing we can do, but to look on what was going on Earth. Until, it became severe. The Earth was totally destructed. The Aliens abducted the human being. We discovered that they are planning to create a new world which they can manipulate everything. A perfect world for them, but for us it was suck.

Our Government agreed to the agreement they plan. They let the Aliens destroyed the Earth, but in exchanged. The Aliens created new world and put the officials there to managed the world specifically. Later on, this world was called as Asymptote Universe.

Me and Zackaria make a research on how to enter the Asymptote Universe without the government noticing it. Fortunately, after a years, we discovered the coxial cables.

It was implanted behind the napes which makes the person fall in sleep and its soul will travel to the World created by Aliens.

Zackaria was the first person who traveled the Asymptote Universe. Until, we implanted everyone a coxial cables.

Britty and I had spent time and moment together, because we didn't implanted ourselves.

It takes almost a years and finally everyone had their implanted coxial cables behind them and we called them the Travellers.

I and Britty solely managed the Travellers and guide them upon entering to the world. We became close to each other and honestly, I fell for her in no time. I don't know how, but I just woke up in the morning with had the feelings for her. However, this was wrong since Britty was married to Zackaria. In fact, we are best friends and I don't want to losed it. So that, I hid it to her even if it hard. I don't tolerate my feelings since it can destroyed and destructed us from making our goals successful.

Every time I saw Britty and Zackaria had their get together, I can't help myself but to feel jealous. I feel the pain piercing my heart.

Until one day, Zackaria told us that his team will travel to the Asymptote Universe to gathered some informations and we affirmed him.

Britty face was so lightened up every time I look at her. She was full of joy and I saw it in her face. We are now facing the Computer with had a binary numbers flashing in the monitor.

We just reading the binaries and trace where Zackaria and his team are in the Asymptote Universe.

I turned my eyes at Britty and asked her, "You look so happy, why?"

She looked at me and genuinely smile. "I'm pregnant! Magkakaanak na kami ni Zack!" she happily said that turn my world collapsed.

As if the thumbtack suddenly hits my heart. It hurts me and abrupt swallows my whole system.

I bitterly give her a smile. "C-congrats," I stutteredly said to her.

She smiled and nodded. "Thank you!" she mouthed.

After that time, I feel like I can take my emotions well. I can handle them well anymore. It became severe and destruction for me. I want to told Britty what the feelings I had for her, but it was wrong. I might destroyed everything what we've done.

So, I decided myself to left the Camp. That night, I kept my things when I'm inside my room.

"Sorry, Zack... Britty... I have to do this," I said with my tears visible in my eyes.

I crumpled the pictures and put it in my pockets. I sat down to on the mattress of my bed and heaved a sighed. "I'm just doing right. Yeah... This is the right decision I made," I said to my self while my eyes closed.

When I open my eyes. My sights mate the clock on my study table near at my bed. It has been 12:51 am of the morning and I finished keeping my things.

I circled my eyes to my room. It was somehow circled and it was made up of pure metals.

I sighed and went Immediately to the door. I know this time that all of my team as well as Zackaria and Britty was fell asleep.

I turn off the light of my room and left the place. I stepped and sneaked to the corridor which had face-to-face door on the wall. Those are the room of our teammates, until few steps I made, finally I reached the elevator.

I entered to it and pushed the upper part. The elevator created noise while it was going up. Until few minutes, I reached the upper part.

The elevator stops on the lavatory inside the house. This house was own by Zackaria and Britty and our Campsite was under of it.

Immediately, I went out to the house and the dark now totally embracing me. I walked even though I don't know where to go.

I had only my own flashlight that I putted behind my backback. Hours passed, but still I am walking.

Until I decided to take some rest for awhile. I stopped and look around. My eyes spotted a groceries. A destroyed groceries to be specific. I went there and entered the place.

When I found the place where I can able to lay and take nap. I composed myself and sat down with my heavy feelings inside my chest.

I sighed and brought down to the tiled floor the everything I had. I made my backpack as my pillow.

I closed my eyes and let myself to be swallowed by darkness.

"Pssstttt...."

I opened my eyes and immediately sat down. I circled my eyes to the place to find where the hiss came from.

"Nandito ako," she waved her hands. I turned my eyes on her. She was worn leather blue jacket matching with black jeans and black shoes. She has short hair, kissable lips, cute eyes and not-so-pointed nose.

I dropped my jaw when I saw her. An angel.

"Saan ka galing, I'm Centia by the way, ikaw?" she said.

She comes close to me do that I stand and face her. "Ah Mmm... Somewhere?" I said. It sounds as a request. "I'm Frances...."

"Oh, so mag-isa ka na lang din? If you want we can duo..." She smiled. "Saka, pwede ba mag-tagalog ka lang or tag-lish dudugoin ako sa iyo eh."

I ackwardly smile, " Ah sure, sige... Sige..."

"Kamusta ka?"

"O-okay naman... Safe pa rin." I smiled.

"Oo nga ano? Hayssstt... Grabi na ang nangyari sa Earth ngayon. This was worst. Walana sira na lahat, akala ko nga ako na lang iying buhay dito eh not until I met you," she explained to me.

I nodded my head. "By the way, have you... I mean, may alam ka bang lugar na may tubig underground?"

"Why?"

"Wala lang..."

"Team na tayo ngayon, kaya dapat wala ng lihiman."

"Agad?" I asked her.

She jerked her head as a response. I silently smiled on her. "Gano'n," I said.

"May alam ako, I can take you there, basta ba sasabihin mo sa akin kung anong gagawin mo?"

I sighed on what she said. "Okay, fine. I have to build a campsite," I directly said to her.

Her forehead got wrinkles in what I said.

"Campsite?"

"Yes, a hiding place."

"Pero anong gagawin mo sa underground water?"

"It will serves as the electricity of the place. Kaya kong makagawa ng machine na kayang i-convert ang tubig sa electricity."

Her jaw partly drapped. "R-really?"

"Yes, so bring me to the place," I said.

"Basta team na tayo, isa-sama mo ako sa campsite na gagawin mo, dadalhin kita."

"Sige. I promise."

Few hours passed, we found ourselves walking. I don't know the place where we are until she stopped on a square holes.

"Diyan sa baba, may tubig sa ilalim niyan. My father was working here before at minsan niya akong dinala dito."

The place was too dark. However, I stepped my feet and went suddenly on the place.

It was squared tunnel and this place was perfect as hinding place. I will make a door for the place and create a security system for the whole place.

Years passed, Little-by-little, I improved the place. I make a rooms and other facilities where I can make my research.

Centai and I became a team. We collected materials to the upper on the Earth to convert as useful materials in doing our camp more aesthetics.

Until, I finally fell for Centai... I don't know... Maybe I am that kind of person, "Marupok." She was hospital and sweet kind of person. I find her attractive... It all started when we go up to collect waste materials and everything turn to slow when I turned my sights on her.

I heard my heart pumping so slow while my eyes fixed on her.

Until, I found myself a courage to tell what feelings I had for her and unexpectedly she said. Our feelings was mutual. We became lovers and we've reached the point that she got pregnant.

She gives birth and it was girl. I named our daughter, Ellina. She looks like her Mom.

Unfortunately, when Ellina became five years old. Centai was abducted when we going up to the city.

I tried to save her but I have nothing to do. Nothing left, but Ellina. I promise myself to protect my daughter in all cost. She was the only left for me.
