Heiress 32: Behind RFA

Third Person's POV

Everyone looked thrilled to see the woman behind Red Fire Academy. They can't believe that the founder of the infamous Red Fire Academy for the Rebels is actually a woman. Not just any woman, a, enchantingly beautiful woman with fiery auburn eyes and red hair.

"Ang ganda niya."

"Totoo ba?"

"Baka naman representative lang."

"Sus, imposible yan."

"Seryoso?"

"Sexy niya!"

"Weh?"

Lavalee had expected that not everyone would believe her identity as the school's founder so she smiled. She had already thought this would happen. It's too far from her appearance to be owning a school like this, she's been raised as a princess by her family after all so it's not surprising anymore.

"Red Fire Academy." Lavalee's cold voice echoed as she emphasized each word she had said. It's the school's name, yes, but to the students it has a new meaning and that is the woman standing on the stage.

"Do you wonder how I came up with such unique name?" her voice is cold but her tone is playful that brought chills to those who heard it

"Red Fire Academy is not originally mine. Of course, it belonged to my parents. They gave it to me because they trust me, they trust me too much." She narrated and laughed bitterly

"I named it Red Fire Academy for various of reasons and one of those is for it to become the shelter and source of heat for the students who needed shelter, sanctuary and a place to feel safe, just like what my parents made me feel while building the plan of this institution." She continued

"Thankfully, they didn't get to see how the students trashed it." Lavalee's cold and serious voice returned and the students began to get a little terrified because of the aura Lavalee's emitting. The lights turned off and only the camp fire gave light. Lavalee walked down the stage while speaking.

"A blazing fire." She said and chuckled lightly

"This is the same kind of fire my father told me about, the same kind of fire he saw in my eyes when I asked them to build this school." She said and stopped when she was standing very near the camp fire.

"Most of the investors said building this Academy is nothing but gamble. A losing gamble, to be exact." She laughed after saying the last words.

"They said it's as worthless as the rebel students who are going to study in it." She continued speaking and placed a hand on her waist while holding the microphone with the other.

"Do you agree?" she asked them loudly

Of course the student disagreed. Even if they hated to study, they can never deny that Red Fire Academy is the only Academy that will accept students like them. In this Academy they can express their self freely. Yes, there are some rules they need to obey but those rules don't stop them from being who they are.

"I knew you'd disagree but why is it that I found out you're the one degrading RFA's students?" Lavalee said and the students in the field became silent

They didn't know how come a woman like her could give the chills and superiority over them.

"A student in RFA can never pass without cheating?" she asked tauntingly, some seemed shock that the founder knew about it.

"What the f**k is that? Are you kidding me?" Lavalee dared them and they were surprised at Lavalee's foul mouth while Jace is shaking his head because he had already warned Lavalee about her cusses.

"YOU CAN!" she said emphasizing

"If you degrade yourself then how, how can you prove to other that you can? Yes, Red Fire Academy doesn't need you to prove yourself because you are welcome." Lavalee said and some students began bowing their heads because of shame and realization

"Students of RFA are not just rebels! They are unique and strong people! I want you to become the better versions of yourself. Becoming a better version of yourself doesn't mean you'll be kind because what the hell? We don't f*****g need to please anybody." Lavalee said and started walking up the stage the spotlight pointed to her and she smiled

"We are strong. We are brave. We are Unique." Lavalee said and the students cheered in approval

"But I have to ask you this." Her voice became cold again which made the students silent and nervous

"Is bravery measured through fights? Is strength measured by who wins and who loses? If yes, then ask yourself is it worth it? Are the bruises, disappointed looks of your parents worth it?" Lavalee asked and the crowd went silent again because once again Lavalee made a point.

"We don't need to please them, yes, but it doesn't mean we'll be callous of our actions. Whatever happens in RFA stays in RFA. I don't want you too bring your anger inside RFA outside the premises and vice versa because let me tell you this, RFA will serve as your shelter, as your sanctuary but once you bring things from the outside, you will ruin it and once you bring whatever there is in RFA outside, you ruin it too." Lavalee said and smiled

"Students, we are a family in RFA. Each of us, you have your groups right? Then they'll be your immediate family here, your allies are your close relatives and let's just say that those you despise are your judge mental relatives, aren't those pretty normal in families? Can you do that? Fights are allowed yes, but we can do that inside our arena, right?" Lavalee laughed at the mention of fights and arena which made the students nod because they know what she is pointing at

"Are we clear?" Lavalee asked but not all answered

"ARE WE CLEAR?" she asked again louder this time

"YES!!" they all agreed

"Good. Now, do you see those big ply woods over there? I want you to fall in line and write the things you hate. Release all your thoughts, they together we will burn it. DO you agree to my plan?" she asked and the lights turned on

The huge field is made of cement and there's nothing that can catch fire within 25 meter radius so her plans are safe.

Students began lining up and as they write on the ply woods Lavalee is smiling. This is what she always wanted, unity for Red Fire Academy.

"You know, the first Red Fire Academy to be built was built in Japatrein. Ayazaki, Japatrein, for one main purpose." The students are busy but those who are finish are listening

"To contain a rebel child from causing chaos outside." She snickered after saying that while Jace got confused

"Wait, let me correct that, she is chaos herself." Lavalee said

"Then you know what,after branches of RFA were built in different countries, this branch is built. That was five years after the first RFA was built." Some were confused why their founder is telling the story of RFA, when in fact RFA's main page hold those stories but they didn't know about the purpose so they really got surprised that Red Fire Academy wasn't just a school for Rebels and black sheep of the society like them.

"But a year after this Branch was built we stopped establishing another one. You know why? Because, the founders, my parents, died." They were shocked to know that because no one really knew why there was sudden passing of the ownership.

"We needed time for ourselves and that was my mistake. I should've taken care of what they left for me but I chose to prioritize my family, and I don't regret that. Why am I telling this? Because I want you to see another side of your life." Lavalee said

"I want you to cherish and value life as it is. We are imperfect, you know, but that doesn't give us any pass into giving pain and devastation to other. We belong to dark side of the world, we may have wanted it or we have no choice we still belong to it and you know what? Instead of involving other people and creating havoc in the dark side because we're bored of our life, how about we protect both sides?" Lavalee said

"How about this? Instead of letting other people in to the other side to suffer we stop them, that way we lessen the possibility of innocent people to get dragged. We aren't saints but we can be warriors, let's be the border shall we?" Lavalee said

"Who's with me?" Lavalee asked and everyone cheered

"What are we?" Lavalee asked

"WARRIORS!!" they replied and Lavalee smiled

"Good, I'll look forward on that? Starting this Day Red Fire Academy is not a School for Rebels, it's a School for Warriors." Lavalee said and smiled.

"A Wonderful Evening, Warriors." Lavalee said and returned the microphone to Jaxith

Napailing na lamang ang mga kaibigan ni Lavalee habang sina Caspian, Elijah at Ethan ay nagulat kung paanong napasunod ni Lavalee ang ilang libong studyante.

Pagbaba ni Lavalee ng Stage ay agad siyang niyakap ni Ares

"Congrats! You did well." Bati ni Ares

"Nii-sama knew." Sabi ni Lavalee at tumango si Ares

"You cussed thrice." Sabi ni Jace at pinitik ang noo ni Lavalee ng tatlong beses

"That hurts!" reklamo ni Lavalee at hinampas si Jace sa balikat

"You're numb." Sabi naman ni Jace kaya hindi na napigilan ni Ares ang tawa niya

"You know he has a point, Lav." Sabi ni Ares kaya sinamaan siya ng tingin ni Lavalee

"You did well, by the way." Sabi ni Jace kaya napangiti si Lavalee

Dumating rin sina Jess, Irene at Chelsea kasmaa ang tatlong lalaki. Agad na yumakap kay Lavalee ang mga babae at binatukan pa ni Irene si Lavalee.

"You were great out there." Sabi ni Chelsea

"You did it." Sabi naman ni Jess

"Mission Accomplished." Pagbibiro ni Irene

Lumabas sila at nakita nilang tinutulak na ng mga studyante ang mya plywood sa apoy at pinanood nilang lahat kung panong natupok at naging abo ang mga iyon.

Lumapit si Lavalee kay Jace na tahimik lang na nanonood sa kanila at inilagay ang braso nito para akbayan siya. Sanay na si Lavalee sa ganoon dahil kayna Jaxith, Icarus, Ares at sa kuya niya kaya hindi siya maiilang pero nang tingnan siya ni jace hindi niya alam pero nailang siya.

"Ano... Thank you." Sabi ni Lavalee habang nakatingin kay Jace at tanging ang liwanag lang na nanggagaling sa apoy ang ngbibigay liwanag

"For what? You did it all on your own." Sabi naman ni Jace

"Thank you for not reporting to your head." Sabi ni Lavalee kaya napatingin sa kanya si Jace na puno ng pagtatakha

"I kind of thought that if your head did find out he'd send the army because you needed to destroy the illegal organization." Pagpapaliwanag ni Lavalee

"You asked me not to." Sabi ni Jace

"Thank you, you protected my siblings and my family." Naramdaman ni Lavalee na paiyak na siya kaya saglit niyang itinaas ang maskara para punasan ang luha pero bago niya pa yun gawin ay naglabas na ng panyo si Jace at ito na mismo ang nagpunas sa luha niya

"You asked me to." Sabi ni Jace kaya napayakap sa kanya si Lavalee at isinubsob ang mukha nito habang naiyak

"Thank you." Bulong nito

Palapit na sana si Ares para tanungin si Jace kung nasaan si Lavalee pero nang makita niyang nakayakap ito kay Jace at parang naiyak ay napatingin siya kay Jace na umiling sa kanya na parang sinasabing wag munang lumapit.

Tumalikod na siya at napailing. Pinsan niya si Lavalee pero second degree lang dahil ang Mama niya at ang Papa nina Lavalee ang magpinsan.

Apat na pinsan niya pa ang kailangan niyang tulungan dahil, naitulak niya na si Frost palapit sa taong alam niyang kayang ipaglaban si Frost at mahal ni Frost, ngayon naman ay nakita niyang kusang nakahanap si Lavalee.

'Pumunta lang ng Seryphil nagkajowa na.' Naiiling na saad ni Ares

'Ang alam ko God of War ako, hindi Love.' Sabi niya sa isip nang maisip sina Winter, Fuego, Freia at Autumn. Si Autumn ay second cousin niya rin dahil magkapatid ang lola ni Autumn at lola niya.

"Nasaan si Lav?" tanong ni Jaxith pagkababa nila ni Icarus palapit sa mga babae

"Nandito lang kanina." Sabi ni Irene at inilibot ang paningin

"Wag niyo na hanapin." Sabi ni Ares habang nakapamulsa

"Why?" tanong ni Jess

"Lavalee fought well today, didn't she, Ares?" sabi ni Chelsea at tumango naman si Ares

"Nagluluto na si Lavalee." Sabi ni Irene dahilan para makuha niya ang atensyon nila

"Seryoso?" hindi makapaniwalang tanong nina Icarus, Jaxith at Ares

"Yeah. She even cooked Chicken Cordon Bleu last week." Sabi naman ni Jess

"Holy s**t!" sabay sabay na mura nila dahilan para isa-isa silang batukan ni Chelsea

"Mga bibig niyo nga." Saway niya

Nagkulitan pa sila hanggang pumatak ang alas dose kung kailan umakyat si Jace, in Lavalee's place, para sabihing tapos na ang kasiyahan at mag-ingat ang mga studyanteng uuwi. Siyempre yung iba ay lasing na dahil may mga alak na nakahanda kaya naman napagdesisyonang sa Academy narin matutulog ang iba at dapat namang umuwi ang mga gustong umuwi.

Tulog si Lavalee buong biyahe dahil napagod siya sa mga ginawa niya buong araw, pagod siya physically dahil sa mga activities at emotionally dahil sa mga nag build up na emotions na inilabas niya kay Jace.
