If a close contact constatly happens in between their race and ours, there is a high possibility that the curse might be transmitted to us. Like Debi said, she has no idea what that curse can do but it will be indeed beyond harmful.
Risking the lives of my fellow vampires won't do us no good especially that most of those who have close contact with them are warriors. I mean, training warriors are no joke. In case that curse will take effect on the day before the world war then defeat is what we will surely face.
