After having that stressful conversation between the King and Bellona, I decided to take a warm bath.
I have a strong sense that my mind won't let me sleep because of all the mixed information I've received today. I've once read that a warm bath could reduce stress that will eventually lead me into a good night sleep. I'm just desperate to try anything tonight.
Damn! I was just having a great moment a while ago then now here I am, back in my usual problematic self. That's why there are some points of my life where I'm afraid to be overjoyed because what if an equal level of pain will be given unto me as a consequence of it?
Resting my ass on my bed, I don't think they're right when they said that a warm bath reduce stress. Coming out from my warm bath just stressed me out more
