My heart was throbbing in anxiety as I got to step my feet on my homeland. Finally, after nine long years without having even a visit, I am finally back.
I could feel my throat drying up as tears stinging on my eyes. The nostalgic temperature on Philippines was enough to make me choke on my own breath.
