“Hey, you don’t have to say sorry, wala kang kasalanan..so don’t be guilty about it.” Nigel said.

I asked Kuya Yvo to chat Nigel and tell him that I want to meet him kaya nandito kami ngayon sa cafeteria. I know this is not the best place to talk but Kuya Yvo said that if I meet Nigel outside of the campus and Silas finds out…Mas malaking gulo iyon. At least dito sa school, we don’t look guilty at all..para lang kaming magkakilala na nag decide kumain mag kasama.

On the other hand, for sure ma iisue kami.. kita ko sa mga mata ng mga estudyante ang pag tataka kung bakit kami magkasama. Nakaka inis lang na we really need to watch our actions, Carmichael is a big name, kilala kami hindi lang sa school, kung di sa buong Palawan.

“Besides nag kausap na kami ni Silas..we are good.” He said kahit na medyo halata sa mukha nya na may inis sya may Silas

I pursed my lips and slowly looked around, talaga namang pinag titinginan kami. I mentally shook my head.

“Did he apologize?” Hopeful kong tanong, kahit na alam ko sa sarili ko na malabo iyon.

Tumawa ito at mabilis na umiling.

“It’s the other way around.” He smirked.

My lips parted.

“He told me that he is not sorry for what he did.. instead he said that I crossed the line and I deserved that punch.” Naiiling na sabi nito, pero walang bahid na galit sa mukha nito, instead he looks amused.

“Huh?”

“And I agree with him.. you are his girl..kung ako din nakakita ng ganon senaryo baka nakasuntok din ako.”

I rolled my eyes. Hindi ko na itinama ang sinabi nya na I am Silas’ girl.

“You guys are so violent.”

“Nahh..we are just territorial.” He winked at me.

“Isang kindat pa, I’ll punch you again, this time I’ll target your eyes and I’ll give you a black eye.” I stilled.

Napatingin ako sa pinang galingan ng boses. Silas is standing near our table. His hands are inside his pocket. His eyes are icy cold, his jaw are clenched and his lips is formed into a straight line. As usually he looks sinfully handsome, sometimes I wonder when will I get used to his manly beauty.

Hindi ko alam kung maiinis ako sa sinabi nya dahil lumalabas ang pagka bayolente nya, but the way he delivered his first lines in Filipino sounded so sexy. Bihira sya mag Filipino, he can but he rarely does Kaya na aamaze ako pag naririnig ito.

“Captain naman! Ni hindi pa galing ang sugat ko sa ilong!” Angal ni Nigel.

“Move.” Sabi ni Silas sakanya at nakasimangot na umusog ito ng pag kakaupo. Ngayon ay kami ang magkaharap his dark expression softens as our eyes met.

“Agape Mou..” nananantsa nyang sabi. “I’ll bring you home after class.” He said softly.

I nodded.

“Okay.” Tipid Kong sabi, I saw how relief washed through his face.

I am still feeling guilty, nahihiya ako sa inasal ko but no one can blame me, kahit sino ang nasa ganun na sitwasyon ay galit at sakit ang unang mararamdaman. I just listened to what I am feeling that time.

“Maybe..we can..grab early dinner first before I bring you home?” He asked in hopeful voice. “That is if it is okay with you?” Masuyo nyang sabi.

“It’s okay..” I whispered, my cheeks feeling hot.

”Thank you..” he lick his lips and sighed. “I’ll drop you to your next class after bread.” He added.

But before I was able to react, Nigel burst into laughter.

“Tang*na..I didn’t know na dadating ang araw at masasaksihan ko kung pano ka umakto pag in love. You are whipped, Captain!” Nang aasar na sabi nito.

Nanlaki ang mata kong napatingin kay Silas, akala ko ay maaasar ito. Sa halip ay nakangisi pa ito na para bang proud.

“I am.” He said while looking straight to my eyes.

Tumikhim ako at nag iwas ng tingin. His stare is making my legs feel jelly, buti nalang nakaupo ako or else baka kanina pa ako napa upo sa sahig.

I am glad that he and Nigel are okay now, siguro ganun lang talaga ang boys, violent pero pag nalabas na ang nararamdaman ay nagiging okay na din.

“I’m sorry..” halos sabay naming sabi. Napangiti ito samantalang ako ay nahihiyang yumuko.

Nasa sasakyan nya kami ngayon at papunta sa isang restaurant para kumain.

“You first?” Tumango ako.

Tumingin ako sa harap habang nilalaro ang mga daliri ko. I should apologize now habang kaya ko pa.

“I’m sorry, I should have given you a chance to explain.” I said in a low voice but I am sure that he can still hear me. “Naunahan ako ng emosyon at galit.” I bit my lips and looks down on my hands that are settled on my lap. “ I really thought that you and Sancha are-“

“Why would you even thought about that? If I like Sancha, I would have courted her and I would not have brought you with me..” he explained in a very calm manner. Sumilip ako sakanya, he looks disappointed.

“You can’t blame me, you have a reputation..” I sighed. “If you were in my shoes, and you saw me in the same situation with another guy, I bet you would have reacted the same-“

He cursed.

His face darkened. Bihira ko sya makita ng ganito. Though he is cold most of the time to other people, he doesn’t look frightening.

“Don’t say that.” He said coldly.

I inhaled sharply.

“I’m jus trying to prove a point-“

“That won’t ever happen! You can’t be in that same situation or I will end up as a criminal Love..” he said with a pained voice. He bit his lower lips as if he is trying to stop himself from saying something more.

“I’m sorry..” I whispered.

“And you are wrong..” he suddenly said after a moment of silence. “ I will not flee, I will not escape that situation.”

My lips parted. My eyes never leaving his every movement. He is serious while driving, his eyes are focused on the road but his mind is busy thinking about that situation. Oo ako na ang tumakbo at tumakas sa sitwasyon na iyon that is why I am so guilty!

“If I was in that situation, I will pull you on my side, dress you up because no one should see you almost naked, but that’s after I beat the sh*t out of that guy!” He said as if it was a promise.

Sumulyap sya saakin, his face is still dark, he looks pissed. I swallowed hard and decided to shut my mouth, I don’t want to say anything that might piss him more.

“And you know the next hing that I’ll do?”

I slowly shook my head, I pursed my lips as I waited for his next words.

“I’ll kidnap you and bring you to a deserted island, then I’ll remove every trace that that guy has left on your body, and before the day ends, I’ll force you to marry me..that will be your punishment.”

I was speechless, I don’t know if he is serious or he is just bluffing. But looking at him now, he looks dead serious.

“You are mine Agape Mou. I won’t let anyone take you away from me.”
