Chapter 2: Boss of Her Own

(The next day)

Its Friday, 6:30 in the morning, As expected sinundo nga ni Viexel si Nia from their house with his red Lamborghini. Kabado si Viexel dahil simula bata palang may gusto na talaga siya kay Nia. He’ll do anything what Nia says, pinapakita niyang mas angat si Nia and she’s the boss between them two. Pero kahit Nia is a black belter in Taekwondo Viexel can defeat her pero nagpapanggap siyang takot to show to Nia that he is under her control. Pinagbibigyan niya lagi si Nia kahit nagmumukha na siyang alalay at loser sa tingin ng iba noong grade school. Not until Vim, Viexel’s father was diagnose cancer. They have to move to Germany to get his paps cured. Noong una hindi niya pa matanggap dahil mag kakahiwalay sila ni Nia and papasok sila ng high school na hindi magkasama pero wala siyang magawa because its necessary. But he found his own way para maprotektahan si Nia at school. So he send his bodyguard to protect Nia and to know what’s she’s been up to, nang hindi nilalaman ni Nia. Kaya alam ni Viexel ang mga nangyayari sa school ni Nia. Until now wala paring alam si Nia or napansin. Ngayong nasa junior high school he had his ways When Nia’s in trouble he’s always there for her inuutusan niya ang bodyguard niya na do anything sa mga nang aaway kay Nia so they’ll stop. Ngayon nalalaman niyang Nia is always in trouble as expected because she’s really a goddess. Madalas inaaway siya lalo na kapag may mga girls na nang aaway at nambubully because their boyfriends have a crush on Nia. Kaya he’s dealing with them after school even though napahiya na sila when Nia lose her patience and ready to stood up for herself. Parang when you messed with her, be ready you’ll experience pain, embarrassment and karma two times.

Viexel’s POV

“Rior!”, malakas na sigaw sa akin ni Nia. Eto na naman sa “Rior” it’s the short term for warrior. I don’t know pero she see me as her warrior kaya nasanay na kong rior ang tawag niya sa akin ever since grade school. “Did you eat breakfast na ba? Come in, let us eat first muna!”, dagdag niya pa. Pumasok muna ako sa kanila then we ate breakfast and nagkwentuhan kung anu ano nang mga  nagaganap sa buhay buhay namin with her and her parents. Tinitigan ko siya while eating, walang pinagbago she’s so pretty that I can lose anything just to be with her. “Sige po tito and tita Zinia, we’re going to school na po. Thank you sa breakfast”, paalam ko noong paalis na kami ni Nia. Lumabas na kami and pinagbuksan ko ng pinto ng kotse si Nia and I drive papunta sa school. Kaka-birthday ko palang and I turned 18 last week that’s why I already got my driver license yesterday and I want her to be my first passenger kaya ko siya inayang sunduin and magsabay kaming pumasok sa school. “Hey long time no see. Are you the same Nia paren ba? How are you? So you don’t have a boyfriend huh?”, I said. Natawa nalang ako dahil wala parin siyang pinagbago and said, “Shut up, Rior. None of your business”. Ganoon pa din wala parin siyang pake sa mundo and palagi pa rin akong inaaway. Pero nagulat ako nang sinabi niyang, “Tagal mong nawala ah hindi na nga kita mamukhaan. Panget mo paren but I miss you”. That’s the reason why I feel the butterflies in my stomach the entire journey . I can’t believe she said that. “You missed me pala ha.”, sabi ko. Natawa ko dahil don binabawi na daw niya sinabi niya. She didn’t change at all. Mukha lang siyang cold pero she mean what she said and she’s the most warm person I know. That’s why I love her. Then suddenly someone called her.

*Let’s kill this love ramppapampapampapa~ Tumunog ang cellphone ni Nia. It’s Laive, tumatawag ang kaisa-. isang bestfriend ni Nia. Laive Zarondo, anak ng Principal sa Nicotria University na kung saan ang school na pinapasukan nila. She’s been with Nia since middle school and hanggang ngayo na nasa senior year na. Cheerleader siya and opposite sila ng ugali ni Nia, Laive is very naughty. Flirt dito, flirt doon but never nagcommit. She’s just having fun and wasting her time sa boys. She found her happiness sa pagpapaiyak ng guys. Siya ang tinaguriang heart breaker. Well when you’re caught by her charm wala ka nang magagawa hawak ka na niya sa kamay at mapapaikot ka niya. Laive really have a nice body, a pretty face and also rich. That’s why magkaibigan sila nila ni Nia they find each other fit on the “bestfriend position” of their own life. Pero they are really close kahit hindi minsan maintindihan ni Laive si Nia, ‘cause Nia is really weird. Maybe Nia looks can fool you. She has an angelic face but the real her is the badass girl who don’t give a f**k to any of you. She don’t care who you are, if she don’t want you she’ll never give you any attention. She believe that she can always do and get what she wants. She can stood up for herself she’s very independent. No matter who you are or what you are if you don’t earn her respect, you don’t deserve her respect because she believes only those people who respect her is the people who she’ll respect. Yes, Nia is not the Alzkeniyara Ordonez Azada  many people know. This is only the side of her only Laive know. To put it simply, Nia is a powerful no one can mess with her kasi magsasalita ka palang grammatically wrong ka na agad. She’ll show to you that your brain is not completely working. Then you’ll realize how dumb you are. Kaya lahat nang umaaway sa kanya end up being embarrassed tapos magsisisi dahil nabuking lahat  ng masamang ginawa, kasinungalingan at everything na pwede mong ikasira. Nia is an observer, she can tell right away kung nagsasabi ka  ba ng totoo o hindi. She’s smart no one can beat her pero si Laive lang ang nakakaalam only love can change Nia’s perspective in life because Nia thinks that her life is boring kaya nag-aaral nalang siya but she actually don’t try to love and it is the only thing that can give Nia’s life exciting and thrilling.  Even though many people find her lovable but no kasi Nia is anti-love, she only think that love is a waste of time. She is her own boss wearing high heel black shoes with confidence and reigning her own world .  Anyways its April 10, 2021…
