When I woke up, I could see the white ceiling was a bit blurry, the second time I flickered it was a bit blurry until I could see the white surroundings. Am I dead? Lexie, don't be weak now please, I talk to myself. I closed my eyes again and woke up slowly as I felt myself try to move again. Undeterred I weakly looked around as one hand gripped my somewhat aching wound, the door opened and my mad and noisy friends spat out there.

"Lexieee is awake huhuhuhu" Amanda.
They ran in my direction and sat in the chairs there.
"How are you feeling Lex?" Meg spoke.
"Are you in pain Lexie?" Karlie's worried promise.
"Are you hungry?" Daisy.
I look at them wearing my poker face. I saw how they inhale and then ...
"WHAT !? WILL YOU ANSWER? OR WILL I HIT YOU THIS CHAIR AND WHEN YOU WAKE UP! ??" They shouted at the same time, so the door opened hoping that the person I wanted to see would come out there but that's how I was disappointed when the nurse came in to disobey my crazy friends who also immediately apologized.

"Zick will be watching over you while we're not here Lex." Meg suddenly spoke, but that didn't surprise me. H-he's watching over... me? It was as if my stomach was being tickled. Damn.

The door opened again and I saw my unexpected visitor.
"Lex! I'm glad you're already awake!" He approached me. Tough.

"F*ck. Lexie are you okay? Damn it." Ben's panic promises. It's his fault! I really stared.
"Damn really, it's your fault! Get your nose out of here." I turned my back on him and closed my eyes. I want to sleep, I don't want to see anything here either tss.
"Ouch, sis ah do you know I really came home from France for you? Huh?" I rolled my eyes heavenward, I didn't say a word anymore.
I heard the door open so I turned around at the door mabilis pa sa alas-kwatro along tumingin sa pintuan but it was just a nurse .. AGAIN.
"What is it and you're always out and in here!?" I sighed. Kainis eh!

"I didn't mind if you're leaving already." I wrapped the blanket around my body in annoyance.
"Hey someone is waiting." Ben teased. Thank god I'm under this blanket because I'm sure I'm blushing with shame now.

"Okay okay." I can still feel the laughter when he says that. I heard the door open and close. I sighed heavily. Did I think he was the one who brought and took care of me here? Why until now I still don't see Zick here? Nakakainis naman eh. It was as if my heart was pounding. I can't deny that I am hoping him to be here because he saved me! I little bit disappointed. Yeah yeah, so what? He's just a gay!
I think he really doesn't care about me, it's his conscience bugging him for him to care for me and nothing else. 'why Lex, do you expect to go beyond that?' I shook. Not p-but at least right? Even if he's here, if I'm okay, even if it's just his conscience? A bead of tears dripped from my eyes, shet why am I so emotional lately?
I heard footsteps coming towards me.
"Ben, I said leave me alone. Is that hard to understand?" I stopped sobbing so that I would be laughed at again when I was empty.

When I heard that familiar voice lingered in my ears, and my chest throbbed racing. 'What Lexie? That's what you've been waiting for, why do you look like a statue there? Move! 'I gulped many times. Hala.
I slowly removed the blanket from my face and slowly turned my back to confirm that it was real and not just a fantasy.
