HANNAH
Nakaupo lang ako sa kama habang nakabalot sa aking katawan ang bathrobe. Ang sabi ni Apollo ay aalis lang ito sandali at may bibilhin. Kahit hindi ako tumingin sa salamin ay alam ko na hindi ako kagandahan ngayon ngunit wala na akong pakielam.
My eyes are still puffy due to excessive crying. I heard the door clicked and Apollo came in. He's holding paper bags while walking towards me.
"I bought clothes for you."
"Thank you." Malamig kong sabi.
Narinig ko ang pagbuntong-hininga nito at lumuhod sa aking harapan. His hands enveloped mine. "Hannah, I can't stay here for long."
"Go back to Manila then."
"Come with me." Panunuyo niya.
I shook my head. "No. I'll stay here."
"To the place where both of you lives? You think you can live here?"
"I don't know anymore."
