Chapter 19 -No Pain, No Gain
One week had passed yet my mind was still stuck with what I had discovered about Dave’s past. Sinong mag-aakala na sa tindig niya ngayon and his lifestyle now ay dumaan pala siya sa hindi magandang nakaraan. No one will ever suspect that he had been to worst before kung pagbabasehan lang ang panlabas na anyo niya. I myself thought wrong about him. Mabigat ang pinagdaanan niya when he was young and he was deprived of living a happy life before. Pero ang mas higit na iniisip ko upto this very moment is the thought of why there is sadness in his eyes. Obvious naman na iniwasan niya ang topic na yun dahil bigla-bigla na lang siyang nagyaya umuwi.
