CHAPTER 8

I pinched myself many times while everyone is looking at me.

"Sweetie...what are you doing?"

"Seeing if I'm still asleep, because it's a nightmare for me..." ani ko at pinisil ko ulit ang aking pisngi.

"I see you're as rude as ever, Morgan" ani ni Adrian habang nakangiti sakin.

"I'm not rude, sainyo lang talaga ako nagkakaganto" sabi ko at inilagay ni manang Marbel ang pagkain namin, sya yung new maid namin.

"Salamat po" sabi ko at tumungo naman sya sakin.

"So, Adrian, Andrew, how are you these past years?" tanong ni mommy habang hinihigop ko na ang sabaw.

"Well, I can really call it an adventure but it's a nuisance for me. We went to U.K to study then a year and a half dad transfered us to America then we come here" paliwanag ni Andrew habang nilalaro ang sabaw gamit ang spoon nya.

"So, are you gonna stay here longer?" dad asked, why do you need to ask that?

"Actually tito, sabi ni mama and papa na dito muna kami mga 2 or 3 years pupunta kami sa Australia for business matters" paliwanag ni Adrian habang nakatingin naman sakin.

"And also, we're planning on staying with Morgan as long as possible here" ani nila parehas, I just sighed. Now my life's a complete disaster.

Pumunta ako sa higaan at bumagsak doon, I cuddle my pillow at may bigla akong nakapa at iyon pala ang cellphone ko.

I opened it and saw many messages from mom and dad, maybe they're texting me so I can be informed with Ad and Drew.

I just sighed and look at the ceiling.

I wish tomorrow will favor in my hands and to not bother me anymore...

And I drifted to sleep...

I woke up early this time, I dressed up into a casual outfit. A beige crop top with long sleeves and a brown baggy trousers and a gray sandals and my hair is in a ponytail.

I went to the kitchen and saw that my lunch is all ready this early, wonder who made it.

Tumingin ako sa labas at wala akong nakitang sasakyan, kaya naghantay ako kay Xamier or kay manong Jeff at dumating naman si Xamier with a new white car.

"Hop in" sabi niya at sya mismo ang nasa driver seat. Tumabi naman ako sakanya sa front seat at umandar na kami.

"So...ano naman ito?" tanong ko sakanya.

"Don't you see? It's a brand new Mercedes-Benz car for me!" saad niya nang may pride.

"I'm not blind, I mean that 'what's all of a sudden?'" liwanag ko sakanya.

"Well, my parents had too much money so they bought me my own car. Yung van na ginagamit naten, mula kila kuya yun eh" ani niya at nagulat naman ako.

"May kuya ka?"

"Duh! Haven't you heard about us Avallion Sons?" sabi niya, I just shut my mouth. I forgot about that!

Binaba niya ako sa harapan ng gate, "Wait, di kaba bababa?" tanong ko from the window.

"Ano kaba? Syempre ipa-park ko muna itong bagong kotse ko no!" sabi niya at hinalikan ang manibela. Tinignan ko naman sya nang may nandidiring mukha at huminga ako ng malalim.

"Whatever, just don't be late" sabi ko habang kumaway papalayo.

"My, my, are you worried about me?" he seductively said, I felt my heart skip a beat. How can he do that? I wasn't even looking at him!

"I-idiot! Of course not!" ani ko at sumimangot sa kanya. What was that strange heat I just got from him?

I entered the gate then I saw people, no, women hanging by under the tree in front of the gate.

Who could that be- Oh my god! Why did I even have to ask?!

I saw a glimpse of them, Adrian and Andrew. They're flirting with all the girls in the campus, it really pisses me off.

I saw Lumiere ran at my side and panting, "Morgan, sila-"

"Don't worry, kilala ko sila..." ani ko habang nililiitan ang aking mga mata sakanila.

Then their gaze suddenly averted to my direction, and came running towards us. "Ru-" I was about to say but then they hugged me tightly so I can't escape.

"MORGAN!" they both shouted with glee, I can feel all of the girl's glare at me as I just turn both of them a disgusting gaze. "Sino ba sila Morgan?" tanong ni Lumiere habang nanginginig.

"Pinsan ko sila. Si Adrian and Andrew Cassius" introduce ko sakanila kay Lumiere at may mga narinig akong naggasp sa mga girls.

"Ang Cassius twins? Sila ang isa sa mga business trip company na sobrang successful" ani ng isa sa mga babae.

"And also rinig ko, they're buying small companies under their hands daw" I heard a girl talk to another. The Cassius family really is famous around the world, well not in Africa or Europe...

"Tsaka bat nga pala kayo andito!" inis kong ani at lumapit si Andrew sakin, mas malaki na pala sya sakin ngayon.

He grab my chin so I can look at him directly "Wag ka namang masyadong rude samin Morgan, diba magpinsan tayo?" ani niya as I just hissed at sinipa ko sya sa tuhod at napaluhod sya.

"Don't touch me, Drew" I politely said habang nakatingin sakanya na parang tae lang sya. Hinatak ko naman si Lumiere habang nilalandi sya ni Adrian.

Hinawakan naman ako ni Drew sa pulso and he won't let go, "Let go!" ani ko habang nagpupumiglas.

"That's not a proper way to say welcome to your cousin, Morgan" sabi niya habang nakasmirk, naintimidate naman ako dito at napapikit nalang ako ng mata.

I can't feel his grip anymore, at dahan-dahan kong binuksan ang aking mga mata at nakahawak si Xamier sa pulso ni Drew.

"Don't touch her like that" ani ni Xamier at binato ang kamay ni Drew, habang nakalagay naman ang isang kamay ni Xamier sa balikat ko.

"I'm the only one who gets to touch her like that!" saad ni Xamier at bigla namang namula ang mukha ko, W-what does he mean by that?!

Hinawakan naman ni Drew ang kanyang pulso at lumapit sakanya si Ad, "Ikaw pala ang fiancee niya, eh?"

"Paano naman kung ako?" ani ni Xamier and I suddenly felt a heavy tension from them, and the girls behind shut up too.

What the hell's gonna happen to them!?.....
