Chapter Eighteen

The night suddenly turned dark. The thunder and lightning started to strikes. Nicole boys started to shivered. She covers her ears with her two hands. She started to feel scared. The heavy rain starts to fall. Nicole was crying and the sky was scrying too. The sky knows her feelings.

She was in pain that the two important person in her life was gone now. They doesn't even understand her. They never listened to her explanations.

She is in a messy life and quit tired too. She cursed herself that she wanted to die to stop being a pity living human. But because of this handsome devil who came down to hell everything change. She promised to herself she wanted to live. To live and to be inlove. But why everyone left? Why again? It's fair at all. She left alone in the dark night. In the rainy night at in a bad flight.

Nicole went outside of the coffee shop. She stood in the rain. It was quit heavy that her clothes started to be wet. She stand there in the dark alley. She watched the rain fall while she's crying. She cried loud that no one noticing it because the rain help her wash her tears on her face. She's just a loner trying to eased her pain in the rain. Let the rain washed away my pain. She said in herself. She looks up. She looked at the dark sky opening her hand, wanted to be shower with rain water.

"Are you there? Are you in hell now? Why? Why?" Nicole shouted. "Why did you left without a words? Why?" She asked to the dark sky. "How could you do this to me? Is this another punishment? No! I won't accept it! Come back at tell it to me on my face!" She screamed.

Nicole cries non-stop. She tried to controlled her sadness but she can't. "Hey! I miss you! I wanted to see you! " She shouted again in a loud voice. "But where are you? Where are you now! Come out! Come out before I got mad at you!" Nicole screamed again. She bumped her hearts with her hand. It was really hurts. It's hurt.

"So, you already left, huh? So, you choose to go back to hell without me? You left me alone! I hate you!" Nicole said in tears.

Her eyes never stop crying. Her heart was broken like thousand of knife stabbed on it. She already missed JongHyeop. She wanted to talk and quarrel again with him. But how? He was already gone. He was already left. She wiped her faced from her wet t-shirt. Nicole saw a man figured coming closer.She stan. She waited for that figured to come a little bit more closer. She's standing there patiently.

Nicole can't recognized who is that person because of the pouring rain. The dark figures was big. Nicole heart started to thumped crazy again. Her guts telling her that it was JongHyeop. And yes, he was. But he changed. His figures changed a lot. He has a horn on his head. His golden yellow eyes was so shining like a sun. His eyes was so bright in the dark night. Nicole can't move. He was staring at the love of his life being in his original form. She cried again. She cried in pain and happiness. How come JongHyeop returned to his original form? Did he got punish again? Why? She was asking herself with all that questions.

"What happened to you?" Nicole asked in a soft voice when JongHyeop stood in front of her. Nicole can't controlled herself. She touched JongHyeop face and cried again. His handsome face was still there. He only got horns and a golden yellow eyes. But he still the same. Nicole can't denied that he missed him so much? How she wanted to hugged and kissed him again?

"I'm back." JongHyeop said instead than telling what is the reason why he is back into his original form.

"No. I mean, your form? You changes?" Nicole replied being confused.

"I'm a Devil now." JongHyeop answered.

"I know! I can see it. But why?" Nicole insisted to asked him. She need an answer for that. Did he failed? Yes for sure? He failed to bring her to hell.

"Because I'm not a human being anymore. I've returned to my original form. And now, we are not the same. I am now a Devil and you are a human. JongHyeop response.

"Can you be normal again? Can you come back into human?" Nicole asked.

JongHyeop shakes his head.

"I can't. And I won't." He said. "My job here is done."

"How about me? How about you and me?" Nicole asked, her eyes started to cry again. Did JongHyeop forgot her already? Did he just appeared just to teased and tell her that he need her to bring her to hell? Nicole shaked her head. No.It can't be. I can't accept it. JongHyeop came back because he missed me too. Nicole said in her mind.

"There's nothing between us. As you can see I'm here for you as a devil and not a lover." JongHyeop said. "You know the reason why I'm here right? To bring you to hell with me."

"What?" Nicole said in disbelief. "Is that what you really want? Till Hell do us Part!" Nicole shouted at him. She punched him in the chest. "Get lost! Get out of my sight! I don't want to see you anymore!" She shouted in angry voice."I hate you! I hate you!" She screamed at him. JongHyeop never stopped her for punching him. It help her release her anger on him.

"Forget me and I will let you live." JongHyeop said. "I will get lost and get out of your sight forever. And I will never disturb you again. You won't see me anymore."

"How could you do this to me?" Nicole said while crying with pain. "How could you be so cruel? You broke my heart. You broke me too."

"Remember we have a deal?" JongHyeop said to Nicole. "You told me if you don't die in thirty days I will leave you alone. And now I will grant your wish." JongHyeop said just to reminded her that deal was already over and sealed.

"But our deal is over." Nicole said refusing to JongHyeop. "It was already over because I already fall inlove with you. I already fell inlove with the Devil." Nicole said in a hoarse voice. She hugged herself because she felt a little bit cold. The wind and the rain was making her shiver.

JongHyeop stared at Nicole. He touched her head and he slowly brush her wet hair. Then his hand goes down to Nicole chin. He lifted up her face and he cleaned it. Those tears are from her broken heart. She was sad that he missed him so much. Her heart felt devastated by him telling to forget him and move on. JongHyeop lifted Nicole face again because she looks at the ground. He wanted to kiss her. But Nicole got the courage so she kiss JongHyeop first. They kissed in the rain. Their love will not be a history. A devil and a human being. And there's no reason to hide it anymore. Even he is a Devil or a

she is a human.

"Please, don't fall inlove with someone else. Wait for me until I return." JongHyeop said.

Nicole tears started to fall again.

"I will wait no matter what. I will wait for you until I got old and ugly," she said sobbing. " I promise to wait for you. I'll wait until you return again to me." She cried.

JongHyeop wiped her tears gentle. Those hand that touching her face was so warm. Nicole looked at JongHyeop. His eyes changed. But to her he was still the most handsome Devil he met. Nicole tears continue to fall. She hugged JongHyeop tight. "Please, come back. Come back to me," she said while crying.

In a snapped JongHyeop was gone. She was left alone. Nicole doesn't know when will JongHyeop return. But as a promised she will wait for him. She will wait until that day he come back again. Nicole hugged herself. This time she need to be strong and positive. She need to live to the fullest until they meet again. Nicole cried so much that her eyes started to swollen. She lay down in the alley and let the rain shower her.
