Chapter 17: Archives and Archons

Nine

I don't know but this scene between me and Ein is disturbing my chess. There's something beating inside that I don't know what it is.

Ein looks at me after kissing me.

"I'm sorry. I don't know how to respond to your lip locking," sagot ko sa kanya, blushing.

Ngumiti siya sa akin. His pearly white teeth are showing.

"It's fine, Six. And my apologies for kissing you. I think ahead of myself," sagot niya bago niya ako binitawan

"It's not like that. It's because I haven't been into any men my whole life. And that l-lip locking.. I never tried it," nahihiyang sagot ko sa kanya.

I felt like I looked silly for being a damn virgin. I'm Death and I should have fooled around but I wasn't like that. Duty comes first over pleasure. But since I was locked up. I remain innocent to that thing. And this Archon is the first one who lip locks my lips.

Mas lalong lumapad ang ngiti ni Ein.

"Will you let me do it again?" tanong niya na humihingi ng permiso sa akin.

Napasimangot ako.

"Is that how an Archon moves when they like a lady?" tanong ko sa kanya, not sure if this Ein likes me.

Tumikhim si Ein.

"Again, my apologies, Six. But if you allow me to court you, you will not deny me?" tanong niya.

Ngumiti ako. A genuine smile that I never gave to anyone.

"I think I won't," sagot ko sa kanya, winking at him. "After all you already lip locked me."

Ein's eyes become more luminescent. Kay gandang pagmasdan ang kanyang mga mata.

"So where is this place? A house made of rock?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"A house made inside a rock of mountain," sagot niya sa akin bago naupo sa mesa na yari rin sa bato ngunit parang yari sa kahoy kung tignan, drinking his tea.

"So your an Archon of tetra?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"Yes," sagot niya.

"Hmm I see," sagot ko sa kanya. "Pretty impressive. It's like a power of Geo power," sagot ko sa kanya.

"Yes, I am that too," aniya pa.

Napatingin ako sa kanya.

"How old are you?" tanong ko sa kanya bago naupo sa isa sa malapad nyang sofa.

"About six thousand years. And you? May I know how old my princess is?" tanong niya, looking at me which made me blush.

"Genesis," sagot ko sa kanya.

"Genesis?" takang tanong niya.

Ngumiti ako at saka dinala sa aking mga labi ang tea na inihanda ng kanyang Xian.

"My aged will start from the first creation until now," sagot ko sa kanya.

"No way!" aniya na nagulat.

"Yes it is. I'm older. Way older than you," sagot ko sa kanya. "I already existed when you were created," dagdag ko pa.

Nakita kong tumayo siya at saka lumapit sa akin.

"You mean you saw everything?" tanong niya.

"Yes as I am associated with time and death," sagot ko.

Tumabi sa akin si Ein.

"You know everything?" tanong niya.

"Yes. But I can't tell you what happened nor what will happen as it will affect the future history. But one thing I'm sure off, everything will be back in order," seryosong sagot ko sa kanya.

Hindi umimik si Ein bagkus ay hinawakan nito ang aking mga kamay.

"Then before everything will be back in order, can you atleast be mine already?" aniyang seryosong-seyoso. He keeps on kissing my hands.

"But that's too fast," sagot ko sa kanya na nagbu-blush.

"I'll promise you that I wont hurt you," aniya pa.

"Go on. Be with him since he had the thing you wanted and be done with it," sabi sa akin ng aking isipan.

"Uhmm….okay."

Nakita kong nagliwanag ang mukha ni Ein.

"But I can't stay here. I have to move from universe to universe as I run errands for my lord," sabi ko sa kanya.

"It's fine with me as long as you can go home back to me," sagot niya lifting my chin to meet his gaze. "Can I properly kiss you?" tanong niya na sa aking mga labi nakatingin.

I closed my eyes and then nodded at him.

"Yes you may," sagot ko.

And then he lip-locked us again. This time nananantiya siya at hinihintay na gayahin ko ang kanyang itinuturo.

It's embarrassing to say that even though I was born first, I don't have any knowledge when it comes to things like this. Plus being locked up wouldn't help.

So I tried to copy the way his lips move. At first it was kinda awkward. I would bite his lips accidentally and then we stop and then I'll ask him sorry and then we'll continue. By the time I realised I know a little bit of kissing, nakayakap na ang aking mga braso sa kanyang leeg at nakapikit pa ang aking mga mata.

"Forgive me for my intrusion, Lord Ein but the party will be starting soon. Lord Xu called to check if you will attend," pareho naming narinig ang boses ng kanyang Xian at pareho rin kaming nagising mula sa hipnotismo ng halikang iyon.

Ako ang kusang bumitaw and as far as I know, I'm like red as tomatoes now.

"We'll go," sagot ni Ein sa kanya.

"I shall prepare everything, my Lord. Excuse me," sabi ng kanyang Xian at saka isinarado ang pintuan.

"You can go. I'll go back to-"

"No. You'll come with me, habibi," sabi niya na na hindi pinatuloh ang aking sasabihin.

"Habibi?" tanong ko.

"It's an Archon word for love," sagot niya bago ako itinayo. "We'll need a dress for you," sabi niya.

Hindi ko alam ngunit tila may humaplos sa aking dibdib ng sabihin niya ang mga salitang iyon.

Habibi...Love…

May I capable to have that feeling? I'm Death. I shouldn't feel this way because I don't have a heart. Wait! Noon ko lang nabigyang pansin ang mumunting-t***k sa aking dibdib.

"Six? Are you okay? You've been touching your chess. What's the matter?" untag ni Ein sa akin.

Napatingin ako sa kanya at napangiti.

"It's nothing. I thought I would never hear this thumping sound but I guess I was wrong," sagot ko sa kanya.

"What?" nalilitong tanong niya.

"Should I dress formally or should I wear the clothes that I'm wearing for the party that you want me to go?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"That's fine," sagot niya na sinuyod ang aking buong katawan. "You look badass with that attire," aniya before he change into his well if I'm wrong, battle clothes or the Archon's clothes.

The hairstyle is the same but there is red eye liner on each lid of his eyes. And his attire was the same he wore when he went to meet me back at his statue. His black tight armsuit suited him and made me think he was actually a hot guy. I felt like I wanted to change my clothes as well.

Let me think. I have a thousand wardrobes in my chamber but my favourite one is the attire of the Death, the black hooded cloak and the scale made long slitted skirt and the tube like tank which my tattoo visible all over my skin. My black boots decorated with skulls finish the attire.

I decided to change my clothes to a long white dress and gladiator sandals as the Time's maiden. My long black hair was neatly braided.

"You look stunning, Habibi," nakangiting sabi sa akin ni Ein, ang paghanga sa kanyang mga mata ay halatang-halata.

"Thank you," sagot ko sa kanya.

When my repears saw me wearing this, they couldn't help but to notice me like what Ein did but they were so afraid that I might get angry so they always bow down on me avoiding my gaze at all cost.

"Shall we go?" tanong niya as he entwined my fingers with his.

"Let's go," sagot ko sa kanya.

"Let's go and meet the archons that will die soon," my inner self said, which made me secretly smirk.

Archives. This is the place where all archons meet up. This place will one day be empty.

ONE DAY.

"Oh my, is that Ein? Who's that beautiful girl with her?" narinig kong tanong ng isang Archon sa kasama niya.

"Are they together? Or is she's currently Ein dating?" tanong ng pangalawa.

"Well whatever is it, we better ask Ein, himself," sagot ng isa.

"Are you feeling alright? If you don't we'll leave immediately," sabi sa akin ni Ein but some idea came to me and I squeezed his fingers and stopped in front of him. Inabot ko ang kanyang pisngi and touched it gently.

"I'm fine, Habibi as long as you're with me," malambing kong sagot sa kanya upang inisin ang mga chismosang Archons lalo na ang mga babae. They have been eye-raping him since we arrived.

Ein held my hand and brought it to his lips and then kissed it.

Halos lumuwa ang mga mata ng mga babaeng Archons sa pagkakatitig sa amin.

"Hmmm, I take that you are already taken, Ein," sabi ng isang lalaking lumapit sa amin.

Hinapit ako sa bewang ni Ein like he's protecting me from the male archon.

"Relax, I'm not going to take her away from you," natatawang sabi nito bago bumaling sa akin. "My name is Xu," aniya.

My whole being screamed that they hate this archon but I have to be polite.

"My name is Six. It's pleasure to meet you, Lord Xu," sagot ko sa kanya ng buong galang.

"Oh, what a refined lady, Ein," anito kay Ein na noon ay seryosong nakatingin sa kanya. "You have to keep her closer and don't throw her after you use. It would be a waste for such beauty."

"Xu!" sabi ni Ein, giving me a warning.

Natawa lang si Xu sa kanya.

If this Xu boy won't stop, he'll provoke Ein. I can clearly see it so I have to do something to calm Ein.

"Ein won't do that. I already fell for him, Sir Xu and I trusted him," sagot ko sa kanya gently rubbing Ein's chess to calm him down.

"Oh I see. You finally found the right woman, Ein. As I can see through your eyes. You're in love with the girl, I see," sabi ni pa ni Xu. "Come with me. We have something to talk about," anito na nagpatiuna na.

"Let's go," bulong niya sa akin.

"You can go. I have to go to the bathroom," sagot ko sa kanya.

"Sasamahan na kita. This place is big. Baka mawala ka," aniya.

"No, I can manage. I'll know my way and then I'll come back to you," sagot ko sa kanya.

"Hmm," anito. "Okay but come back alright? If you think you're lost, just ask where Chamber Zero is, okay?"

Ngumiti ako sa kanya and kissed him on the cheek before I walk to the direction to where the bathroom is. As I walk further and further away from Ein at sa mga ibang archons na naroon, napansin ko ang isang babaeng nakasunod sa akin. Sinadya kong maglakad pa ng palayo ng palayo just to make sure kung ako ba talaga ang sinusundan nito.

"Don't tell me, until here you have a business like mine," tanong ko rito ng huminto ako sa masukal na bahagi ng Achives.

"I know who you are," sabi niya.

"And?" amused kong tanong.

"I will tell everyone you-" hindi nito natuloy ang sasabihin ng makita niyang ang dating luntiang puno na nakapalibot sa amin ay bigla na lamang nilamon ng kadiliman at tanging kami na lang dalawa ang naroon.

"Say it again will you? You will tell everyone that I am who?" nakangising tanong ko sa kanya habang humahakbang palapit sa kanya. "And then what? Do you think I'm afraid to any one of you?"

"Y-you killed my brother! I saw your red eyes glow and you took his soul and threw his body like he's a rug doll! You're a killer!"

"Ohh. I thought you knew who I was. Why are you telling me that I'm a killer, b***h. When I am just the person who will reap your soul away from your body," sagot ko sa kanya as I touch her shoulder and sever her soul away from it.

She's bound to die by the way. I just made it quick.
