NOTE! The photo used for the cover is not mine but I edited it (added the text). I will try to get the source and include it next time I edit the drafts.
One more thing, some of the names are from Psycho Billionaire by JFstories since it’s what I’m currently reading, and those were just the first ones that came to mind haha. I’ll change them some other time.

PROLOGUE! Regan Wolfgang looked at her, lips trembling in anger, chest heavy with hurt.
He waited for Lilith's reply--only to be struck with another bolt of pain.
"I never loved you, Regan. You are nothing but a pawn to me. The Regan I know is gone. You are weak," she murmured, her voice thick with disappointment. "I never built him that way."
"I had to keep you around," he rasped, voice hoarse. "You were a rat scouring my mess."
"And that's why you're on the ground," she shot back, "losing at your own game."
"You can't strip me of what made me, Lilith."
He let the words hang, breath ragged; his fingers found the edge of the table and curled until his knuckles went white.
Lilith smirked.
"I already did--I own you now, Regan. You are mine to break or keep," she said it coolly, stepping so close his shadow fell over her--then turned away as if dismissing a wound, palms flat against the glass in front of her, watching him break. The three bar lines etched below his ear made her livid--the sigil of Silverclaw Division, the very organization that stole her mother from her.
Regan found himself smiling anyway--a small defeat that tasted like surrender.
For the first time in his life, power felt like weight--and he didn't know how to lift it because it was Lilith Sandoval who turned his perfect world into ruin.
