“Good to see you here, Attorney Vicencio, or should I say, Attorney Ledesma?”
I am here at a coffee shop with Austin Marquez. This is an informal meeting with him. Ako rin ang nag-insist na makipagkita sa kaniya. Noong una ay akala ko ay tatanggihan niya ako dahil sa nabalitaan ko mula sa pamilya niya ay siya na lang ang may maayos na trabaho ngayon.
However, seeing him now made me believe that he isn’t suffering from the family problem I supposedly believed.
“Let’s get straight to the point, Attorney Marquez. You are on our watch list because you took the case of Elmar Natividad.”
Hindi siya nagulat o nagpakita man lang ng galit dahil sa sinabi ko sa kaniya. Instead, he smirked and took a sip of his coffee.
