I continued working at Master's bar. Pumupunta na rin lagi dito si Russ at nanggugulo pero puros softdrinks lang naman ang iniinom. The bastard Skate was nowhere to be found after what happened, he didn't come to work for a month already, sabi ni Master ay nag leave muna siya. And when he came back, his atmosphere became gentler.
We don't talk to each other, kung meron man ay regarding lang sa trabaho. But I always catch him taking a glance at me, puro nakaw-tingin ang gago pero wala siyang sinasabi. He doesn't smirk nor have this proud look on his face. Naging mature iyong aura niya.
Though still, hindi ko pa rin makakalimutan yung sinabi ni Russ sa akin months ago.
Skate said something as if entrusting me to Russ.
