It’s so tiring. I’m so frustrated with my agents. Our performance is not getting any better. I have to assist my quality coach with coaching sessions. This week we got plenty of negative responses as to why we ranked lower than the previous week.
I’m massaging my forehead to calm myself. I’m just done with the huddle session. Mabuti na lang at hindi queueing kaya nakapag pull out ako.
“Kaya pa TM?” Mikey approached me. She was my assigned QC (Quality Coach).
“Hi, Mikey. Ugh, yeah no choice. We have to strive harder.” I said while typing in front of my PC.
