MALIYAH POV
I could feel the coldness of the floor where I was lying on it. When I opened my eyes, all I saw was dark and smelly. My hands are trembling, and my body is in pain. The last thing I remembered was being in a car with Mang Danilo. We are heading back to Manila from Cavite. I visited my family after my day off. Mama was happy, yet I saw something in her eyes. I just can't seem to remember what it was.
