Nakarating kami ni Jared sa condominium building ni River makalipas lamang ang tatlumpung minuto. Madali kaming nakarating doon dahil hindi naman kalayuan sa ospital na pinuntahan namin. The car just parked at the basement, agad akong umambang lalabas ng sasakyan.
Jared got a hold of my arm before I could push the door open. “You told me you guys called it quits. Why do you still want to go see him?” He asked.
“I need to talk to him, Jared.” I just said.
“Do you think he’ll still accept you after you pushed him away? Huh, Jade? That man is an egotistical douche! If he told you he wouldn’t see you again, he’ll definitely do it!”
“He said he loves me! He’ll come back to me if he loves me!”
