“What’s taking her so long?”
The sound of Eedrix slurping his noodle stops as he looks up to me with his mouth full of noodles and puffy cheeks. His eyes were all wide. He then shrugs as he continues to slurp his noodles, making me smile at him.
“You like like that, huh?” I commented.
He then nodded as he mumbled something that I did not even understand.
I then look around and scan every face in the restaurant, looking for Kimberly. We are at a restaurant that I didn’t even bother looking at the name earlier. There are a lot of customers and most of them go in couples.
