He is okay with giving her his spear because he isn’t attached to it unlike his sword; he is a swordsman and not a spearman.

The moment they woke up in the Zhao Mountains earlier, that’s what Suzy asked Faro after both of them woke up, Suzy woke up first, and when Faro woke up…

Faro, you’re finally awake.

Suzy told him.

Are you feeling alright now? Your body isn’t heating up anymore?

Faro asked her.

If I don’t feel any heat in my body then I’m dead, but overall, I’m regulating normal heat now.

Suzy answered his questions as she humors him.

Right, so, should we continue our travel to the Angus Tribe?

Faro asked her.

Not yet, first, let’s take away the Camping things, we’re going to have a training session for an hour, I can’t exclude that in my morning routine.

Suzy answered his question.

Faro said.

They then put away their camping things, after several minutes, they began their training session.

So what are we training today? Hand to hand? Swords? Or what?

Faro asked her after they were done cleaning their camping things.

Faro asked Suzy.

They then began the first round of their Spear training session; they did about 4 rounds before they wipe their sweats, changed clothes, and headed out to the Angus Tribe.

Suzy’s friend then took out his spear and readied to fight Suzy, hence why Suzy requested Faro’s spear.

Suzy said that her spear skills have evolved well, and not like him since he chose to stay in the tribe.

I feel two childhood friends battling after not seeing each other for many years now, I don’t understand what they’re saying, but it seems like that’s what’s happening.

Faro’s thoughts of them go in their fighting stances.

He asked Suzy if she really wants to start this fight because he does.

Suzy’s friend is raring to go and fight Suzy because he is very eager to beat her up.

Suzy asked him why and if he is getting scared, telling him to show her if he grew up and has become stronger.

Suzy is ready for whatever he will throw at her.

Suzy’s friend then initiated the fight, Suzy fought back after he threw his first stab at Suzy.

Suzy’s friend then continued attacking while she continued defending against them, she’s trying to read his fighting pattern while finding an obvious opening because she knows he will open one or two if he gets too cocky with his attacks, so she tries to leave a few opening when he’s about to attack her.

Open na open ka, Suzy!!!

Suzy’s friend shouted that she was giving him an opening for attacks.

His continuous attacks then led to focusing on the opening, though he didn’t know that she was making him attack there.

You still haven’t changed…

Suzy whispered to him after grabbing his spear.

She then took him down, threw his spear out, and having it stab the ground, Suzy then stabbed his right chest.

ARAY!!!

Suzy’s friend shouted that it hurts after he got stabbed.

Suzy said that he surrenders or she will stab his left chest.

Suko na ako.

Suzy’s friend surrendered.

Suzy told the Tribal people around to call a healer for him.

Healers are also common mages in the Tribe and a Tribe near an ocean because they harness the power of the Ocean, gifting them with the power of Water.

Tribes’ Healers are one of the Tribes’ pride because without them the Tribal people will not survive against not just warriors, but also monsters.

Suzy then pulled the spear from his chest after his answer; she stepped back, removed the blood on the spear, and gave it to Faro again.

He said he didn’t know that Suzy has a pet now; he’s guessing Suzy is pretty strong in the Theist Country and have a top position in there as well.

Suzy’s friend was then healed while he was smack-talking to Suzy.

Suzy asked, angered by it.

Faro asked Suzy if her friend told her that he’s Suzy’s pet.

He’s a very cocky and annoying brat, so don’t get too distracted about it, it’s just best for you to not learn what they are saying.

Suzy answered his question, reassuring him.

While her friend was getting healed, the number of people around them watching was caught by the Tribe leader that was just nearby.

The Tribe Leader shouted, asking what the commotion is about.

She then went to where the commotion is happening, Suzy then saw the Tribe Leader, and she saw her again, and Faro.

Leader, it’s been so long.

Suzy greeted her.

Suzy, is that you?

The Tribe Leader called asking her, with a hard accent because she hasn’t been speaking English for many years now.

But since she does know how to speak English, she was the only one that is with Suzy the moment she began her training in the tribe.

Suzy answered, asking her as well.

The Tribe Leader declared and announced to the Tribal people about Suzy, and that whoever disrespects her will be punished by the Tribe Leader herself.

The Tribal people then celebrated her presence, Suzy and Faro then headed to the Tribe’s Hall after that, they went to the Tribe Leader’s workroom to talk.

I’m sorry about your friend; he’s still as annoying as ever, I don’t know why he hasn’t changed, I hope you don’t get too bothered after visiting again.

The Tribe Leader told her as she heads to her chair.

Unfortunately, Suzy, we’ve drained all of our Reinforcing items and materials, we have been getting attacks from many sea monsters now, and we can’t keep our people alive without any external help, that’s why we used them to help us fight them and fend them off regularly without dying and getting injured severely.

The Tribe Leader explained to Suzy about their situation on the Reinforcing items and materials.

Attacks from sea monsters? What’s happening?

Suzy asked her.

The sea has been so awake ever since the Continent’s shift has changed, we can’t do anything about that apart from living with it, god, it’s been so long since I speak English.

The Tribe Leader answered Suzy’s questions as she tries to calibrate herself to speaking English again.

The Zao Thesis Continent is rotating every century and this centennial rotate changed the ocean so much that attacks from sea monsters have been nothing but constant, hence why Tribes that are near the ocean or the Continent’s defenders from sea monsters have been having a hard time, especially with items and materials that can help them defend against them.

What will I do with my Guerre situation now that the Reinforcing items have been drained?

Suzy asked.

You can’t just let her die in a year; we have to do something at least.

Faro backed up Suzy as he is worried for her.

Don’t get too hopeless, it’s not like we don’t have one or two, do you think I’d let items and materials like those just be used like that? The Tribe Leader said, asking Suzy after they arrived at the entrance of a dungeon.

Where one of the last Reinforcing items is hidden and secured…

Ready for what? Is it not hidden somewhere?

Suzy asked her.

Because in order to protect the remaining Reinforcing items, it has to be guarded highly, and I’ve hidden a Reinforcing Orb inside this dungeon, inside it is a lot of deadly traps, puzzles that would kill even archeologists and intense travelers when they try to finish it, it is guarded by many of our strongest golems, you have to be prepared and ready to die, Suzy.

The Tribe Leader explained to her as she asked her again if she was ready to die.

Well, that’s an unfortunate thing, I could’ve wished for it to be handed to me, but, I guess you have to do what you need to do as the Leader of the Tribe, so, Leader, the moment I swore my life to protect not just the Zion Village but also the Theist Country, I am always ready to die to anything, if anything, this is nothing new to me since I’ve been to many wars now, so this much is something I can do.

Suzy explained to her, telling her that she’s always ready.

The Tribe Leader told Suzy.
