Chapter 35 The sun peeking on my curtains and hitting my face with its rays woke me up. My head is throbbing for all the crying I did, and my eyes are puffy and I can’t open them totally. I pushed myself out of the bed and had my eyes closed since they sting a little bit and I still feel sleepy, but I need to get up. I walked in my bathroom while my eyes are slightly closed, good thing I did not trip, sanay naman kasi ako dito sa kwarto ko. I brushed my teeth first before washing my face. I stared at myself on the mirror and my eyes are red and yes, puffy, they looked smaller. I cleaned my nose since it is stuffed with mucus.
