Chapter Twenty-Seven.
SOPHIA
Alas-diyes na ng gabi pero hanggang ngayon ay wala a rin si Piero. Pinatulog ko na sila Manang Linda pati ang iba pero ako poreber waiting. Parang napanood ko na ang lahat ng palabas sa tv pero wala pa rin!
"San na ba kasi yun?" ilang beses na rin akong tumawag pero walang sumasagot. Parang papatayin ako nito sa pag-aalala eh. Unti unti ng bumabagsak ang mga mata ko pero hindi pa pwede! Dapat sabay kaming matulog!

After finding out how many times Sophia called me, I immediately got nervous as I make my way home. Without thinking, I hurriedly get out of my car and went inside only to see her sleeping peacefully in the couch. My pounding chest suddenly went at peace when I saw her lying there.
