I cooked many for tonight. Gene will be coming, so prepared his favorite dish, sinigang na alimango.
"Daddy Gene!" Tumakbo si Chandra sa direksyon ni Gene. Vient was acting different today, hindi siya gaanong malikot ngayong araw unlike when Travis was around.
"I got two daddies! Daddy Gene and Daddy-tatay." Chandra said to Gene like she was bragging about having two dads. She's always like that to all the people in the house.
I told Gene about the news kaya siya nag pasyang bumalik muna sa mansion. He smiled to Chandra but I could see that there was a glum in his eyes.
"Kamusta ka, Gene?" Tiya Caridad asked while we were having our dinner. Nagkatinginan kami ni Gene.
"Ayos naman ho, Tiya. Kayo ho?"
