Sullivan's GirlUpdated at Aug 17, 2025, 10:51
What if the enemy at hand is the most unexpected yet closest?
For years, Anna never thought Sullivan was the type of man anyone should go to for help. Heck! She didn't think he was the type of man anyone should be seen with. She hated him. Secretly. Deeply. Loathed his presence, avoided him at socialite meetings, which Sullivan barely showed up to. Yet the man always managed to crawl up her view.
The reproach was almost mutual one would think. Sullivan didn't bother with Anna. He knows he shouldn't. She was too high class, too in her business, too busy hating him while keeping his secret. Too much of everything he shouldn't be giving in to.
Their pseudo-relationship was perfunctory at best. He was good at keeping his emotions for her at bay. At least that's what he liked to think. Until she crashed into his building, ripping his perfectly quiet world apart in a fleet of seconds. Until he realised the persona he built wasn't as strong as he thought.
Anna found that the life she led, the one she protected so much, was nothing but a bypass of lies. All fake. All deaths connected. A single strand interlocking all sources. And the only real thing—the only real one—was Micheal Sullivan. From living together to solving mysteries and falling in love, Anna soon finds that Sullivan is not exactly who she thought he was.
The speed, the stalking. The knowledge of everyone he has. It was unexplainable. What happens when Sullivan finds that the single strand interlocking all sources was connected to him?
And what if this enemy's goal is the one thing that will break Sullivan forever?
