An accident occurs, leaving Theresa lifeless and in a coma. Tina, her sister is left alone with no one by her side except Roman; a billionaire in their city, who has immense power. Months after the accident, Tina gets married to Roman and starts living a lifestyle of luxurious, or so does the outside world thinks. Theresa wakes in the hospital and tries to recall everything that happened to her. She wakes to see Ryan by her side. Asking about her sister, she discovers that Tina hasn't been in the hospital to visit her for a while. Beckoning to Ryan, she gets Tina's number and tells her she's awake but the other end hangs up without replying. Theresa recovers shortly and tries to contact Tina but isn't successful. She later finds out why. With determination, she tries to save her sister from what seems like a deep abyss.
