Meredith is a fifteen year old girl who got sold by her parents in the slave market. She was bought by the Lord of velmorea, Ezekiel velmorea who took her back home with him but treated her nothing like a slave. Their love story begins to bloom as Ezekiel is reunited with the love of his life who has been reincarnated as Meredith. Soon, their past begins to haunt them and Meredith, in her new life, discovers the powers she has lost in her old life and breaks the curse which she had placed on the Lord of velmorea while trying to protect him in the past.
