The Armageddon Game
Updated at Nov 29, 2020, 19:15
Learning that the man she has called Father for the past thirty two years is not her biological parent, Annalee Theakston sets out to discover her true identity but first she must escape from the psychiatric hospital in which she has spent the past three years, her every step shadowed by DCI Munroe, with whom she has unfinished business. PRAISE FOR THE PREVIOUS BOOKS IN THIS TRILOGY A cracking read; what a story! Beautifully written A ‘couldn’t put it down’ book Well written, grabbed my interest from the start Main character totally self-absorbed and believable Dialogue was excellent – free flowing and natural such that I could hear the characters’ voices in my head

Heads I Win; Tails You Lose
Updated at May 21, 2020, 01:42
My name, at least for now, is Amelia Thompson. My beloved brother, Matt died when I was nine; tumbled over the edge, quite literally, by personal tragedy. It wasn’t all my fault, others played their part, Inspector Munroe in particular. Ignoring me was Munroe’s biggest mistake and since then, his destruction has become my sole aim; it is an intellectual game that I play; atonement and retribution wrapped up in one sweet parcel of fitting revenge. You may even know me for I am everywhere. I may be your acquaintance, your colleague, your friend, your confidante, but ignore me and I will be your nemesis and I never forget. This is what you risk when you deny an intelligent but psychologically fragile child the attention she craves.

It’s All in the Game

Annalee Theakston likes to play games; deadly games. It’s of no matter how many years it takes or who gets hurt along the way; what counts is the intellectual challenge; the ability to hide evil under the veneer of respectability. A young, beautiful and extremely intelligent woman Annalee’s friendly exterior masks the coldness in her heart. People like her are everywhere.
