​Heyy everyone! ❤️ ​I am Kimberly Hope, and I am so excited to embark on my next adventure as an author! For years, I’ve been the reader—daydreaming of writing my own stories and ending my chaotic days lost in the pages of this app. As a mom to a big, beautiful blended family of 8, life gets crazy! Reading here has been my escape, and I am so grateful to support all the amazing writers in this community. ​Growing up, I was told I wouldn't amount to anything. For a long time, those words stuck with me. But I am on a path of healing from my childhood trauma and finally taking the steps to make my daydreams a reality. So here I am, taking that big chance! ​I wear many hats and just keep adding more. I work as a Direct Support Professional and CRMA, and I’m a mom, wife, sister, daughter, and step-grandma! I’m also the co-founder of a mental health blog called Our Unspoken Path with my sister. We share our healing journeys to create a safe space for others who have lived through trauma, letting them know they are not alone. On top of that, I’m about to start a new role as a Family Peer Support specialist, helping families advocate for their children. As a mom to a beautiful 9-year-old daughter who is Autistic with ADHD and Pica, sharing my journey to support others is incredibly close to my heart. ​And now, I am officially adding "Author" to that list!
