I am an aspiring neurosurgeon. I am from and live in central New York. One day I hope to write a novel of my own, but for now, I am only a reader until I muster up the courage to finally put my dreams into action. I am finally eighteen years old.
Perfection. That’s anything anyone could want. When things are perfect, what more could you ask for? Nothing, since you already have what you need in order to be happy. At least that’s how Lillian likes to see it as. Meet Lillian. She is the epitome of a woman, or at least she tries to be. Lillian grows up in a middle class family full of betrayal and drama. She just wants to finally have a decent environment, one where she isn’t constantly brigaded for her personality or life decisions. Lillian is eager to take control over her own life and get married and begin a family of her own. She meets a nice boy whoseemingly has everything a boy could possibly ask for but now he has his eyes set on her how will she react Will they work out in the end? Or, will Lillian go back to her old ways.
Margaret falls into depression upon discovering her boyfriend is sleeping with her best friend. The news sends her life spiraling out of control and there is no way Margaret or the rest of her life can ever return back to normal. Luckily, high school is almost over. So, Margaret decides to apply to a university that is far from home. Not only does she want to get away and start anew, but she wants to focus on school and really begin to take things seriously. This time she is not going to make the same mistakes.
Enter her not-so-familiar friend named Ruben Gosse. Ruben is from the same area as Margaret but the pair attend two totally different schools, and without anyone connecting them there is no way for the pair to have met while back home. Which is why when they meet on campus at university they are attracted to one another’s stories about life back home. Margaret’s side is more bitter than sweet, but Ruben has some serious baggage to unload, him being a star and all with the ladies running behind him.
Ruben and Margaret do have one thing in common—they both want to make the most out of their time at university and fall in love (although Margaret is more cynical about it).
What happens when the two hook up? Well, you will have to read to find out!
