Detective Jacob, alias Jake, has been a detective for close to a decade in southern San Diego. Suddenly chaos erupts from absolutely nowhere, breaking the monotony of security in the city. Serial rapes and murders emerge out of the blue. Jake and his colleagues try to investigate the crimes but the harder they try, the harder it becomes to follow the murderer's trail. To make matters worse, Jake's friends and enemies from his dark past also suddenly appear in San Ysidro which leaves Jake even more confused. Could there be more to these murders than...just murder?
