The USG, otherwise known as the United Stars of Gaïa. A galactical human civilization that is currently in the second space race. 21 years into the undying heat of exploration eversince means of FTL travel are discovered. Along their journeys among the stars they come across a very interesting star system, a binary star system with a strange energy aura that disturb censors arrays. And in it, exist a habitable planet with a primitive pre-interstellar civilization. This is their first alien civilization encounter. This civilization is at what seems to be the mid to late medieval era and consists of multiple sentient spiecies. What's special about this world however, is the fact that it seems to have some sort of supernatural aura, later referred to as "mana" as research so far have not yield much result at explaining how it works, also the fact that it act just like how "magic" in many forms of media is depicted. This discovery excite both the public and the government of the USG and an effort was made to build an observatory orbital station to study the primitive civilization without exposing themselves to the local population. After half an Earth year of observation the station got a visit from an official and his escort fleets. But while the transport ships were in the process of docking with the station, something went wrong. *...THIS IS AN EMERGENCY.
