Alessia is a young woman sent on a dangerous mission to infiltrate the world of Massimo Moretti, a powerful Mafia heir whose wealth and influence have made him the target of countless enemies. Her mission is simple: get close to Massimo, discover his weaknesses, and uncover the secrets protecting the Moretti empire. But everything changes when Massimo's convoy is ambushed and his men capture Alessia among the attackers. Massimo keeps her under his watch, determined to discover who sent her. Yet Alessia is hiding a truth even she doesn't fully remember. Someone is using her forgotten past to control her, forcing her to work against the man she was never supposed to trust. As Alessia begins uncovering fragments of her past, she discovers that her missing parents once worked closely with Massimo's father. More shocking still, she learns that she is the forgotten heiress to her father's powerful legacy, a position that was deliberately hidden after her parents disappeared. Massimo's father may have tried to protect Alessia's family before mysteriously disappearing himself. But an old organization known as the Black Rose is connected to the betrayal, and its influence reaches deeper into the Moretti family than Massimo ever imagined. Now Alessia must decide whether to betray Massimo or trust him. Massimo must choose between protecting his empire and protecting the woman who entered his life as an enemy. But someone has controlled Alessia's life from the beginning. And they will do anything to stop her from remembering who she truly is.
