Emilia Maezon is a newly graduated high schooler trying to figure out life; her mother has become a single woman checking out from children's life. Her siblings are having difficulty adjusting to their new normal, and Emilia is doing everything she can to keep it together. It's not easy for Emilia as she has always known that family comes first; added to the pressure, the world's economy is going through hell, and there is no way around it. People are losing their homes, can barely make ends meet, and half of the people in her city are starving; the government has forgotten them. Emilia does her best to keep her siblings fed, clean and cared for while trying her hardest to overcome the destruction while not burdening her siblings with worries. The world they once knew was gone; all they could do was adapt. The universe continues to work against Emilia and seven of her close friends; they must figure out how to save their family, community, and themselves from poverty, death, sickness, and homelessness. Is there any room for romance, drama, or sleep in these young adults' life? Or is this going to be the end of their generation?
