Rouge is known to be a tough and merciless witch. She has spent many years clawing her way up to the top of the food chain only to give it all up after meeting Libbey and taking her under her wing. Together they spent many years traveling and helping those in need, but one day Libbey met her mate and things changed for Rouge. Soon after the couple left to start a new life and Rouge continued to wander going where ever the wind takes her. Hoping that one day she too will find a place that she can call home.
